WOW What a disappointment! 07/07/2025 Today at 1::00 pm went to eat and the doors were locked, no notification anywhere on the building, could see employee working the drive thru but, no attempt to communicate to customers what's going on. So this time as last time I drove across to Captain D's food and service was Great.
Love Long John Silver's but I'll not be back.
PS... 4 other people eating at Captain D's came here from you restaurant.

Lobby is never open and never has enough help. Then the help they do help is rude as all get out. Last month or so they are drive through only.

I order through the drive-thru every time, and I have to give a huge shout-out to two amazing employees—Tikiea and a short gentleman with long locks (I don’t know his name, but he stands out in the best way).

Tikiea is always professional, friendly, and efficient. She multitasks with ease, greets me with a genuine smile every visit, and never has an attitude—no matter how busy it is. Her energy and work ethic are unmatched.

The gentleman with the locks is just as impressive—very respectful, professional, and always delivers 5-star customer service. Both of them clearly care about doing the job right and making customers feel valued.

They deserve to be in management and get a raise. Their consistency, professionalism, and attitude set them apart. I truly appreciate their service, and I hope Long John Silver’s does too.

Im not sure if this Long John Silvers was new or recently renovated but it was what we were craving and hadn't had their food in quite some time, so when we pulled up to the drive thru it not only took a few attempts to get a person to respond (to the point where I actually wasn't sure they were open or even operating at first!) And when he did, it wasn't pleasant or apologetic but so oddly replied only: CASH ONLY. CASH ONLY TODAY. ??

WHAT? Weird and uhhhhh, not possible. Who pays with cash anymore lol. Just kidding but in reality & at an establishment that offers a certain, more than a buck menu and cuisine, I didn't have that much cash on me.?? Cause hey-- even with coupons it's a good $15 a person ,and, worth it, so you can have a very satisfying, filling, & much needed variety of items.

We were very, very disappointed and to far from or rather further than.we were or want to journey to for a withdrawal of cash, to then come back, try this again and HOPE everything else was in place, present, and available with them at that time. Nope. We just hit a different fast food drive thru and left still craving the wonderful seafood we had hoped and excited to get.
