Waited an hour after ordering food to get it then they brought back the wrong order. They said they will give us a discount and they deducted $5. We have enjoyed Longhorn in the past but will not be going back.

Long Horn Steakhouse offers delicious food with a wide variety of steak options cooked to perfection. The tenderness and flavor of their steaks are definitely worth savoring. The parmesan-crusted lamb chops were perfect. I'm not sure what the cream sauce was but to definitely a good choice. However, the service tends to be slow, which might test your patience. Despite this drawback, the quality of the food makes it a worthwhile dining experience if you're not in a rush. I ordered at about 330 and received my food at about 430.

My order was not complete! Items that I specifically ordered were not included I drove 30 miles to spend $70 and my food was missing! I tried to access the restaurant and the doors were in fact locked. I have been calling for 3 days now and I still have not received an email not even a phone call. My husband tried calling and they keep giving us the same excuse and keep saying to check my email. This is something that should have been fixed right away!!!! Very bad customer service and the manager wants to over talk u like u are her student I am a grown woman! This is exactly why the only time I will ever eat here again is when they remake my order or give me my money back bcs services were not rendered as a matter of fact the food that I did get is still in my fridge and I could have returned it but they did not give me this option either!!!! Bad Business and Poor Customer Service Does Not Mix well! U can have the best food but if u have poor customer service and poor guest services it ruins the whole business!!!!! Get a manager that places her customers FIRST!

Really good food orders were messed but the manager came and made it right I will be back my porter house with the cheese crust was excellent and she made sure that our order was perfect thank u for my birthday cake and ice
