Food wasn't bad, but the staff is extremely rude. Won't be going back.

Very good food and service. They need a sign though that says they are a restaurant or “Cajun restaurant” out front. I have walked or driven by that place 1000 times over the past 30 years and never knew it was a restaurant and proceeded to go to the other three restaurants right beside it. Even when they were crowded and there was a wait. The food is good, the staff is great and friendly, and it’s a great place to eat, but nobody knows it’s a restaurant because of the sign. It looks like it could be some type of other business so you would never walk in there to try to eat unless somebody tells you it’s a restaurant. Put a sign up and you will double your business

Fantastic little creole style place. I went because the jambalaya was recommended and it didn't disappoint! So very good. The waitress, who was totally on top of things, recommend the large and the seafood, and get the sauce on the side since it has a significant kick.
My wife got the fish tacos, and it was also really good. Despite being fried fish, it wasn't heavy. It has a light crispness to it.
And to top it all off, the bread pudding was amazing! The sauce was brimming in the bowl and it had a great flavor. Nothing worse than dry bread pudding, and this had so much sauce and do much flavor, there was no worry there.
My only real complaint is the parking. There's little lots here and there, and the one across the street is SO right, even if you get a spot, you probably won't be able to leave. A friend of mine got blocked in and had to go restaurant to restaurant to find who it was. But they do have parking out back, which I recommend. You might even have to park behind the place next door.
All that said, you need to go. Don't miss out on some of the best food in town.

Parking: The lots out front are small and hard to park in. Your better of looking in the lots out back.

we lost our car key fob in the parking lot and the whole staff went terminator mode to help us find it (which they eventually did).

I wouldn't recommend anything I ate here. We had alligator bites, shrimp and grits, and seared redfish with garlic grits and green beans. The alligator was rubbery like catfish nuggets. The redfish was great and the grits were pretty good. The green beans were tasteless and extremely undercooked. I love my green beans al dente but this was not it. My wife didn't really care for her shrimp and grits. The reduction didn't have the right texture and was very runny. It also had a fishy metallic taste. The shrimp and grits were ok at best. She's had better. The service was good. Thats about it though. Check it out and let me know what you think.

The Jambalaya was amazing, flavorful, and despite only getting a half portion, was filling. My wife had the Salmon and grits; perfectly cooked seasoned Cajun style and simply amazing.

Host won't believe you if you say a ghost ate your steak and you want another one..Hands down the meal I've eaten this year, perfectly cooked and seasoned steak, strong drink and bread pudding totally worth the 60 mile drive.

A great place, we loved the environment and the food. It was suggested that we come back again and visit again before we leave Little Rock. The buttermilk chicken was so moist and crispy. We loved it all except we like our fries crispy which they were not, but still overall great food!
