Garbage location. Order delivery and status of your order stays in "Pizza Ready" for an hour refuses to answer their phone. I've listened to their pre-recorded message for 20 minutes.

Where do I even begin…
Ordered online so that no-one could mess up the order on the phone (due to past experience).
I entered the store and there was a distinctly strong marijuana smell inside. The staff were openly discussing “smoking” while I was waiting. One of the employees took a personal call to discuss a “delivery” to the back door. Given the time of the evening I would imagine this wasn’t for pizza making ingredients ?.
Back to the pizza - I ordered the pizza well done because I have had issues here before with undercooked pizza making us unwell. Surprise surprise - I got an undercooked pizza and we are all unwell the next day.
I however blame myself for this, I should know by now not to come to this location because of how bad it is. Lesson learned: pay the extra to get a pizza from a better business.
On the plus side, the shop leaves its refrigeration guide on the counter for customers to see how many months they keep their ingredients in the freezer/fridges. I’m not sure if this was intentional or not as the place was a disaster.
Late to the game here… We have been enjoying Marco’s as our take out go-to for only a few months, but they never disappoint. Menu is different from the norm, but everything we have tried has been delicious. We get it thru UberEats and have never had an issue. I like the unique way they cut the slices too- very easy to eat.

We were delighted that the new Marcos is located near to us off HWy 10. South I stopped on the way home to place a delivery order to our home that’s less than a mile from the store. Within 30 minutes he was at our gate. We’ve tried all the pizza places in West Little Rock and I’d rate the pizza right at the top. And the price is very reasonable and Marcos is the only one who will deliver. Win. Win. Win! Bob Snider

First off, I forgot to take a pic of the pizza. My bad. I'll blame it on the fact that they gave me the wrong pie. Let me explain. I ordered a small Deluxe pizza and the guy charged me $9.95. I thought that was odd since the Deluxe is $12.99 plus tax. But hey, I also thought maybe it's a Sunday special, or lunch special or senior discount or something. I usually don't make a fuss if a restaurant under charges me but this time it bit me in the rear. After 10 minutes they handed me a cheese pizza. I didn't open the box and look until I got to my car. Then I said what the heck and ate it anyways. That being said it was still quite tasty. Now since I ate in their parking lot I did go back in after finishing and told the manager about the mix -up. He handled it like a pro, offering to correct the mistake.
So in the future I'll definitely double check my order if I get under charged. It's probably as simple as I didn't speak loud enough or he just misheard me. Overall Marco's is still my favorite chain pizza place out here in LR.
P.S. Maybe put a couple of chairs in the lobby for folks waiting on food.

I tried to place an order for pizza thirty minutes on the phone And no one would answer. I drive into the store and I'm ignored by the employees. I ended up having to go to Jersey Mike's next door to get a sandwich. I was craving their pizza. Drove all the way from big. A Little Rock to get it. It's a second time I've tried this place and both times have been horrible. The first time I did not get my order. I got someone else's order. So if you order from there verify you're getting what you're supposed to before you leave. And the manager is a moron.

Great tasting pizza
An employee who said his name was Nolan was not wearing gloves making pizzas. He was touching the screen the counters his pants and the food all without cleaning his hands or putting on gloves.
Ordered a Marcos Pizza again tonight. It was raining and I requested curbside delivery. I waited 20 minutes outside before finally going inside. My pizza had been ready, getting cold. I asked if they did not do curbside anymore, I was somewhat irritated because this was the 2nd time this has happened with curbside at Marco’s. She said they do but, it doesn’t print on the ticket. The little lady must not know how to read past a 3rd grade level because I looked at the ticket at it clearly said curbside pickup and the type of vehicle I was driving. GET IT TOGETHER MARCOS! Shotgun Dans has a MUCH better pizza and honestly, I’ll wait longer and pay more for better pizza and better customer service! You’ve lost my business at this point!

Marcos has fabulous food and a great group of very hard working individuals to wait on you. We never go there that they aren't just as busy as they can be yet they are always pleasant and happy to help you. We are big fans and share with everyone we know how great they are. If you haven't tried them they are as close to a real Italian pizza as you can get. We give them a 5 out of 5.
Vegetarian options: My daughter and her husband really enjoy their vegetarian pizza.

I have ordered the pepperoni magnífico with hot honey drizzle a few times, but there have been a couple of times where they have not added the hot honey. The pizza is great regardless, but when I order it with hot honey and pay the extra money for it, I’m expecting to have hot honey.

As you can see I’m one slice on giving my review because it’s amazing. To top it off, my experience was great, ordered right before I got there and the shift on duty immediately wanted to make sure I wasn’t waiting long and gave me perfect estimate on how it would be! All 3 of the fellas working Monday night 4/15 were great , loved the culture and vibe they brought!

Ordering on app was difficult due to freezing on my Android phone. Would get order all set and then buttons would stop responding and had to start over twice. Marcos has lots of deals and discounts which is nice, but remember you get what you pay for. Pizza had really wide crust which minimized space for actual toppings. Tasted like standard corporate franchise pizza, nothing special to note. Service and delivery was prompt which was good. Quality of food was slightly above Domino's - nothing special. Their Costco-like wings were drowned in sauce to the point where I couldn't use the other side sauces I ordered. Will stick to local pizza that is of higher quality.
