Had door dash deliver my order just now which is missing sides. The response I was given was, "I could drop it off to you afyer work ends, is the the best I could do". Why can't they double check orders before sending them out of the facility. This is the only location I ever have problems with. It's worth the drive to go to nlr instead for better service.

This was one of the worst experiences in my life! I visited this restaurant on June 5th at 8 pm. The cashier was terrible. I walked in and there was only one other patron and they were seated. I approached the counter and she didn't say one word...just walked passed me. She went and picked up a bunch of straws and began to fill the straw containers. After she filled the containers, she stood by the register. Never said may I help you, good evening, or even what do you want. No professional training exhibited at all! I gave her my order and we had difficulty communicating with each other. I chalked it up to me since I was from out of town. However, she asked what my name was for the order. I told her my name and then I spelled it out slowly. Then she pronounced my name wrong and I had to spell it again for her. Then I knew she was the problem. Probably not educated! My name is only five letters. She needs to work as the janitorial staff, becuse customer service is not her lane!

You go up to the booth and input the order then they will bring it to you. For a picky eater like myself, they have one of the Top 5 chef's salads in Little Rock only thing they could do to make this a better restaurant is add more booths and TV's

Tiffany referred me to the jalapeno turkey crunch sandwich since I couldn't make up my mind. She was very kind and welcoming. Sandwich was so good, fresh and came out right on time. I'll be back. I wanted to also thank the as amazing chefs in the kitchen. I'll definitely be back.

I usually have a complicated order with a group of 3 people all having different dietary needs and Tiffany got the entire order right the first time. She was kind and attentive. Those are uncommon qualities these days.
