Every time I come through the drive-thru, the customer service is consistently bad. The intercom barely works, the employees sound irritated, and it takes forever just to place an order. When I finally get to the window, the staff is rude and my order is often wrong.
Something as simple as asking for buffalo sauce gets me an attitude or a dirty look. I don’t understand how I buy a 20-piece nugget with no sauce, ask for sauce, and get told I have to pay — and in a rude way.
This location really needs better training and customer service. I’m coming here to order food, not deal with employees’ personal problems. Please fix the intercom and work on your customer service, because the disrespect is unnecessary.

I had the absolute worst experience here the other day. My husband placed a mobile order for 3 items. Items. NOT meals. He ordered 2 Mcgriddles and a sausage biscuit with cheese. Our order was placed at 10:32 and it was a drive through pick up. When we arrived, there was ONE car in front of us in the drive through. We waited for them to get their food and pulled up to the pick up window. We waited there for about 15-20 minutes before someone asked us to park in the drive up spots. We parked and proceeded to wait..and wait.. and wait. One of the workers came out and gave us our bag. I checked it and we only have 2 items. At this point it is now 11: 24. We gave up and left. It took an hour for 3 items and we still only received 2. It's absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully, I don't live there so I won't ne back. My family that does live there will not be frequenting this location.

Worst of the worst! Did a curbside order because i thought it would be fast and easy but they had me waiting 20 mins in curbside until i finally decided to go to drive through! They said they were still waiting for some of my food! But it was a lie i know because none of the food was fresh everything tasted like it had been out for a while! And old! Try and avoid this one!

Ignored in the drive thru, then the vehicle in the adjacent drive thru has there order taken while I’m still waiting.
Very hot inside. Had to go get my TABLE service order. Don’t offer it if your employees aren’t willing to pay attention or flat out ignore. Very disappointing. People order TABLE service for a reason.
