Very hot inside. Had to go get my TABLE service order. Don’t offer it if your employees aren’t willing to pay attention or flat out ignore. Very disappointing. People order TABLE service for a reason.

I'm sorry, but that was way bad. The kiosk card machine didn't work. When it printed, it was out of ink ( it didn't print), so we had no idea what our order number was. When I attempted to tell the employees, they rudely said, "Just use to Kiosk to order!" I said to them, I did, but it didn't print, and they just repeated it again, and now acted even more aggressive like what the hell man? They gave no crap about the 6 people inside trying to order, they're only concern was the drive-through and kept saying, "Just wait." After a minute, a gentleman came in, same issue with kiosk and when he attempted to alert the employees they began arguing with him, and for about a second I thought there might be a fight the way they were beginning to yell. Took 20 minutes to get our food, no drink lids available, order was wrong. Burgers completely missing everything (lettuce, tomatoes, onions) just buns, meat, and ketchup. My son ordered the Angel Reese special, and I ordered the Double Quarter Ponder with chesse all the way. Fries were way undercooked. Even a couple were slightly coldish/room temperature and hard. Horrible experience, we just threw the food away and grabbed some way better food from Dairy Queen. We'll never go there agian.

Hello. I was at a McDonald’s in Little Rock on baseline Road. We ordered food and requested sweet & sour sauce. Manager replied, They should have asked for a sweet and sour sauce at the speaker…. They get on my nerves. Then the person at the window tossed the sauce at me. This is totally unacceptable behavior to have towards a loyal paying customer.

The woman taking order with red and black braids was terrible. Her attitude was poor for absolutely no reason and when I asked her to explain what she meant was wrong with my mobile order she acted incompetent with her response so I suggested to her that I’ll pull up to show her my phone because I just ordered online and didn’t understand what she meant by “the code was already used, ain’t nothing I can do bout it” like ok huh? Then when I got to the window she was being rude to another guest over the headset where she then proceeded to look at me with a dumbfounded expression as if she doesn’t work there so I asked her to get someone who could actually tell me what was wrong with my order. She shuts the window and walks off no one comes and she didn’t return till I pulled up to the receiving window where I was greet by a young man who shocked me with how nice he was after that horrible experience so SHOUT OUT to him and I really wish I got his name and the managers name that I spoke with as well! To make a better business you must get rid of the rotten attitudes!
