I’m just trying to understand why it’s so hard for this location to give you what you order. A while back it was they didn’t put the meat on my son’s 2 cheeseburgers this time around they completely just forgot the cheeseburgers. It is not that dang complicated to read a screen and put the correct items in the bag. Geez and y’all want $15 plus an hour. I spend over $30 on lunch just to only get part of it. Because you have to consistently wait at the drive-through for 20minutes or more to even get them to take the order. no better if you go inside. They are very disorganized , don't know how to run drive through or counter . need better management .
Otter creek. On stagecoach. Refused to wait on me. Helped those behind me. I was at register waiting for service. Guess. I’m wrong color. Last time took too long just to get a drink. 10 cars in drive thru @ 8:30pm thought faster go in. Wrong. Walked out!!!Worst service ever. Should close it down. FIRE THEM
