They lost my order at the Otter Creek store. I gave up and decided to go to the Bryant store. By then breakfast was over. Just as well I guess. Their biscuits are horrible. Fried, not baked. The butter is supposed to go on the biscuits AFTER they cone out of the oven not before. So they just get fried. Tough and chewy on the outside. Doughy on the inside. But their hotcakes are usually pretty good.

I ordered a sausage egg, and cheese biscuit. Got home my son thinking that's what I ordered. I said know I didn't order that, why would I without any meat on it!! Then called 3 times no answer of course. A voicemail comes on says no remote access every time you call. So you can't speak ?️ to anyone unless you go back up there. Who wants to turn around and go back? Not me and it depends on where you live and if you have time. So it would be nice to answer the phone for people also!! This is ridiculous!! Poor customer service is what this is!!

I waited in the parking lot with six other people on my food witch was cold old and just the wrong sandwich after twenty minutes I got it by someone not in a uniform and rude didn’t know who was getting what I will never be back the owners should be ashamed
