Only reason i even come here is for the $5 meal and its in walking distance. Have NEVER been here where it didnt take 15-20 mins for food. Staff, for the most part, are rude af and dont even bother getting them to help with anything until they feel like it. Unless you're starving or it's the only convenient place to eat, g9 literally anywhere else

So many negative reviews. I have never had a real problem with this location. I have had to wait on a couple of things, but no big deal. This is not a Michelin restaurant. It’s fast food with irresponsible teens working there. You have to expect some hiccups. Every McDonald’s will have a problem. What restaurant doesn’t?

Why can't we rate zero Stars? This place sucks. Take your money to the next McDonald's or even better go across the street to Sonic. As a lifetime McDonald's person, I will be switching it up. I live 2 hours away, they told me they could not refund my money in store and that I would have to deal with it online. Which was a lie. Now they want me to drive 2 hours back to deal with it in the store. This is just ridiculous customer service. From in the store to whoever is taking care of me online, they have no concept of customer service.

Very poor customer service and food quality has really declined
Picked up a chicken sandwich on the way and these people gave me a sandwich made with burnt bread, literally i could see all the black burnt inside. I don’t know what stopped them to use a new one if they burnt it. I only found this when i opened it later during my journey. Worst experience from Mcd ever

They lost my order at the Otter Creek store. I gave up and decided to go to the Bryant store. By then breakfast was over. Just as well I guess. Their biscuits are horrible. Fried, not baked. The butter is supposed to go on the biscuits AFTER they cone out of the oven not before. So they just get fried. Tough and chewy on the outside. Doughy on the inside. But their hotcakes are usually pretty good.
