The location is wonderful, convenient, and FAST. Service was nice, prompt, and food delivered HOT. However, I've been directed to the second window, not getting a reciept each time. I put myself in the blame for not asking, but I feel a service paid for should be a service delivered correctly. I will not focus on the matter further, but if you want points, remember to ask for a receipt. I've spent over $80 without doing so. Points are double in the mornings!

The store ran slowly, but the quality of food was higher than what I've experienced from McDonald's (all stores) in a long time.

McDonalds supposed to have $.50 double cheeseburgers today for national cheeseburger day. Well me and my special needs son, who absolutely loves cheeseburgers, went to get us one. When we arrived to place our order, they told us we had to use the app to get the deal. My son doesn’t even have a phone. He’s nonverbal, and I don’t have a smart phone, so we were denied. So we let empty handed and very sad. Pretty sorry of a place to offer a special but not let you get it.

Less than 1 star. Dine in order. Hands down the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to. Food was just thrown on a brown tray, the fries everywhere, the sandwich wasn't even hot. The ketchup dispenser was empty and covered in old ketchup, and soda machines were covered in splashed soda and syrup. The counters obviously hadn't been cleaned off in several hours, and all of the tables were dirty. Halfway through my meal, I discovered beard (hopefully) hairs on my tray. Floors obviously hadn't been mopped in at least 48 hours. I know it's "just another McDonald's in a gas station," but come on. Why not even try just a little bit? And heaven forbid you don't use a kiosk to place your order. I refuse to be made to feel like I am putting someone out when it's their job to take orders. It's obvious that no one there puts in any effort at all.

The spicy chicken sandwich I bought at this location was the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had I took one bite to spit it out and not even the dog wanted it.

This has to be the worst Mcdonalds in this area. I live 2 miles away and am frequently at this location and rarely are the orders correct. Nearly every time we are there we have to deal with an addict of some sort. Usually the younger guy with long hair who is obviously strung out on something. He messes up app codes and the nightshift manager just gets smart about it and doesn't do anything about it. Half of them have no business handling food. We will not be returning to this location again. I'd rather drive 2 more miles and get better service.
