I asked for a #9 no meal on the menu and got 1 cheese burger and a medium drink
Ordered two things before we go to the location, they made us pull up to the third window and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes while tons of other people got their stuff before us.

Do not mobile order from this location! Been having consistent issues for over a year with this location specifically. Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to
don’t go here if you don’t want attitude and bad costumer service . this after noon i placed a order around 2:45 that consisted of the pumpkin and cream pies. i come to this place pretty often considering it’s close to my job and it’s just always something wrong. i came to get them as last time i was told at the when dow that the pies would take 12 minutes (which is weird cuz why are pies taking that long) i didn’t have time that day to wait so i left. today i came at 2:55 and i’m told to pull up to the 2nd window, nobody greeted me i waited for a girl to pass me my drink, i said “thankyou” and get no response but a shut window. then the window was opened up just to tell me it would take 12 minutes for the pies or if i just wanted apple pies. today i had time i told them i would wait, i was told to move forward and i drove in a drive thru slot parking lot . i sat there 20 minutes to the point where nobody came out so i came in myself, my food had gotten cold. i wait and ask the girl in the front “hey i’ve been waiting on my pies” . the lady walked off and talks to the girl in the back a darkskin skin short girl , i hear “ugh! just give her a refund “ . i heard that confused and the girl comes and repeats that to me, i had told her i had already been waiting 20 minutes for this . then the darkskin girl comes and walks behind her and tells me “ugh… our oven broke down while making your order, you can’t get no pies so” , honestly im appalled at this places lack of costumer service etiquette. why did nobody come out and tell me ? i could’ve saved my time , that was so unprofessional. had i not came in i would’ve just been waiting. and why does everyone have an attitude ? i was being very polite when i definitely didn’t have to be. ….so in conclusion if you don’t want your food played in, and a nice smooth food transaction don’t come here .

Their hours posted online and on the building say they open at 5 am, but when we were there at 5:51 am they would not answer the drive through or come to the window. Consistently poor service.
They are never on time for my order pickup. They have us waiting at least 30 mins every single time we come here . Cars are always backed up in line too. Do not waste your time coming here .

This location has gotten my food order right every time I have driven through. The staff at the windows has always been nice about answering questions. I am mostly happy with my food from here. One time my hash brown was ice cold and they replaced it without being mean. Another time my hamburger was really really greasy but I didn't open it until I got home about 5 minutes from receiving it and didn't want to drive back there. The 4 stars is because they don't always have all the soft drinks available and the staff should assure that they are watching all the time stamps and serving hot.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and had a very disappointing experience. The staff did not come across as customer-friendly at all—instead I received rude looks and dismissive behavior. On top of that, employees were loudly yelling back and forth in the kitchen, creating an environment that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers.
As someone who has visited McDonald’s in many different states, I know what good service from this brand looks like. Unfortunately, this particular location fell short of that standard. I also noticed a clear lack of diversity among the staff, which stood out. As a college alum and an African American customer, I strongly believe in equal opportunity and representation. That being said, regardless of who is hired, professionalism, respect toward customers, and a strong work ethic are essential in maintaining the reputation of McDonald’s.
This visit did not reflect the quality and consistency McDonald’s is known for, and I truly hope management takes steps to address these issues.

Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They’re supposed to keep the dining room open till 10pm. They close the dinning room early every day.
Please post proper hours so people know when they can and cannot come to your establishment .
Or tell your managers to open till 10 pm like you’re supposed to.

The Promenade location was looking better than it used to. Not a regular customer. They do have a tendency to leave out a sandwich every time. Check your order

Management has never been nice and could careless about customers and their orders. Told management my order was wrong and she just repeated my order and shrugged her shoulders. Corporate needs to do a sweep of this place.
This is absolutely the worst mcdonalds. On many occasions I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes, or sat in the drive thru with zero response after doing a mobile order and had to call in to get a refund.
On top of that, the food is pretty much always bad, and that’s coming from someone who likes mcdonalds food (from other locations.)
If the employees are going to close the store and the drive thru at 10:30pm then it needs to be changed online. It clearly says they are open until 11:30pm but every time I go around 10-10:30pm, the employees are cleaning and won’t engage with anyone in the drive thru.
