Management has never been nice and could careless about customers and their orders. Told management my order was wrong and she just repeated my order and shrugged her shoulders. Corporate needs to do a sweep of this place.

This is absolutely the worst mcdonalds. On many occasions I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes, or sat in the drive thru with zero response after doing a mobile order and had to call in to get a refund. On top of that, the food is pretty much always bad, and that’s coming from someone who likes mcdonalds food (from other locations.)

If the employees are going to close the store and the drive thru at 10:30pm then it needs to be changed online. It clearly says they are open until 11:30pm but every time I go around 10-10:30pm, the employees are cleaning and won’t engage with anyone in the drive thru.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s ever! I have been to many McDonald’s & rarely receive service like this location. Matter of a fact… I have even BEFRIENDED the ppl who worked at a McDonald’s in Virginia, & they knew me by my 1st name. But unfortunately this is the closest McDonald’s to my house & it’s already 15 minutes away… it was an elderly lady who was rude today, & normally I respect my elders, but she was so rude that I almost gave her the same energy back! Luckily I’m more mature than that old lady.

I do the carnivore ordering hack now and they always accommodate. Inside could be more fun though. Bring back Ronald or maybe an interior unlike a drab grey hospital cafeteria.

It’s ALWAYS something! I ask for a L fry i get a M if i ask for a M fry i get a S. Today i asked for TWO strawberry pies! I guess they were out, so they decided to give me one apple and one strawberry WITHOUT confirming this with me! What if I’m allergic to apples?! DONT GIVE ME WHAT YOU WANT ME TO HAVE, give me what i asked and paid for! If you don’t have it, SAY that and let the decision be my CHOICE!

Good food, bad service. I had to pull forward to wait for hash browns during breakfast. I took off then realized no coffee. Had to turn around and go back. Then on the way out realized I didn't get the creamer I asked for ...what the hell?

Awful customer service I made an order in the app and my gf made an order in the app and we went up there to pick it up. When I arrived we gave them the codes to both orders. They handed us only one order so I asked them where mine was. They handed me my food and left out my frappe. I tried to tell them I ordered a frappe too. But they argued with me trying to tell me it did not go through. I showed them my order on the app and that it was paid for and they still tried to argue with me. So I at this point was getting a bit frustrated and raised my voice and told them to print off the receipt. And the receipt they gave me was not for my order and they realized they were wrong and asked me to pull up so they can bring it to me. When they came they slung the food at my gf and my gf said thank you. And the lady at the window had an attitude and said uh huh and slammed the window. When did children start working at mcdonalds? Like they did not apologize or anything. How is management letting behavior like this stand?

I had the best experience at this Mcdonald’s! All of the workers were so cheerful and really made my day. I ordered french fries and they were perfectly warm and crispy!

Right now is 8:30 . No one was taking orders at 2 drive-thrus at this McDonald's. After waiting for 7 minutes, I drove to the checkout window to order. The person taking orders was very impatient, as if I shouldn't be there. I tried to enter the lobby to order, but all the doors were locked. It's 8:30 pm now. Are you serious? If there is a 0 star option, I will definitely not give it one star😤

This McDonalds location has consistently terrible customer service, frequently turns off the shake machine or runs out the Coke early in the evening, sharing that “it’s done for the night”. Really wish management would tighten up. It seems like they’re just taking advantage of the fact that they’re the only McDonalds around for a few miles, isn’t concerned about perception or reputation.

Waited 15 minutes fr them to forget my fries, no straw, no napkin. Pickles in my burger when I asked for no pickles and the sprite taste like carbonated water. $16 and I the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. Also my burger had hard bread.
