Customers in the restaurant was a little loud, food was hot and fresh. Service was average. Dining area floor needed sweeping.

Worst person I've ever dealt with in the Drive-Thru at the second window in the morning between 4 and 5:00 maybe 5 and 6. Lady was so rude made me wait forever for my food and I was working and tried picking a fight with me when I had done nothing but ask her if she could check again for the doordash or Uber eat order that I was supposed to be picking up it's a long story but I do not recommend at least not during that time. Add radio absolutely -5 stars and then some if I could only on her though the rest of the time I've never had a problem with this place all the years I've been going to it and delivering for it.

I have to put one star, otherwise there would be none. T1he people in this establishment are so rude. The woman who took my order (Drive Thru) couldn't care less about her job. From the start I could already tell she hated the fact that someone came and ordered food. It's sad how miserable and mad majority of these women act in a public service setting . I am a waitress, so I understand the feeling but where I am employed she wouldn't last 2 seconds with that pathetic attitude. Get it together. Nobody wants to interact with people like this, do better and show some kind of care. It's not the customers fault that your day was bad or whatever. Now the man comes out with tbe wrong bag of cookies and it's like dude thought we were lying about what we paid for. No. I'm getting in touch whoever owns this store asap. Not the manager , because everyone knows the managers always wanna start stuff or pick the employees side. Sick of not being able to simply get a few burgers and stuff without these folks and their pathetic,miserable attitude tkeveryone. Domt work in fast food if it makes your life seem sooo miserable. Shame. Sad. Embarrassing to see how yall women aft. Then yall love tp play the victim when someone (A CUSTOMER) Finally speaks up to you. Smh. Fire and re hire at this point. Oh yeah and here it is 10 almost 15 minutes later noe. I am still waiting for my food. It's really not that hard, it's so simple.

I've never been more consistently disappointed by the service at this location. Multiple times, we have sat in line with 4 or 5 other cars with no one helping. We went to the window and asked if they were serving and they just closed the window on us! And this is in a main business area!

On Feb 4th 2025 me and a co-worker went to this McDonald's location for lunch and ordered two different things in both received food poisoning.
I've eaten there before and never had an issue, I've actually never given a bad review on Google in my life but I'm about as sick as you can possibly be right now and they're the reason why so just keep that in mind.

The workers there are very rude and disrespectful. I was in one lane and did not acknowledge I was in the drive through. When I moved to the other lane was not acknowledged until I raised my voice to say hello. At that time two women came on and rudely said “what do you want”. Ridiculous!

The food was cold. The person running the drive thru was high or something. Slurring his words, and being completely unresponsive. Whoever the manager was on duty at 730, 1 Jan, 2025 needs to be fired.

The staff here are much worse than other locations in Little Rock. They're unprofessional and half the time your order isn't right or isn't fresh. If you dine in, the lobby is wonderful but you'll be bothered by drifters who loiter.

placed an online order and got 2 $5 double cheeseburger deals, neither came with cheese or was dressed correctly and didn’t receive the 4 piece nuggets that were included in both. the fries were hard and stale. didn’t get my coffee. literally no other drink options were available aside from coffee and orange juice for upchages. sent my boyfriend in to get said items, he got stared at for 5 minutes. i went in and only got help when i started yelling if i can get some help. very rude and poor service. and was offered 2 OLD AND HARD cookies as a “piece offering” and was told it’s mainly teens and sadly corporate hires them and not managers? however i seen grown ADULTS staring at me like i didn’t just walk in.
