Waited thirty mins in drive thru for cold food! BS!!! Employees have no sense of urgency...it's like we (customers) getting on their nerves.

Don’t even come here at night for food. I work at the hospital nearby so I sometimes stop by after work. The service is insanely slow. And this is every single time I go. It’s one of the few places around open 24hrs so you gotta do what you gotta do but it’s honestly horrible service. Idk if they’re understaffed or if the workers are just fooling around but it shouldn’t take 20 to even get to the window to tell them my code for my order. Not to mention another 20 minutes to actually get my food. Hire better workers.

McDonalds, please read and respond to your reviews!!! With a rating of 3.4 stars, ownership should take notice. Management SHOULD take notice. This is possibly THE most inconsistent McDonald's I've ever been to. They used to do a pretty good job with service and food, but here lately they stink. Waiting 15 minutes for fast food is ridiculous, especially when everything on the order isn't hot or fresh by the time I get it. Or accurate. It seems to get worse on Saturdays and Sundays. I don't know if it's the employees or management at fault. They always seem to have too many employees who aren't fully trained, and the ones that are take on too much responsibility. Ask to speak to a manager, and the manager is rude and condescending. Really? Is this what McDonalds corporate promotes? Y'all need a lesson in customer service and satisfaction. I won't eat there any longer because of the poor service and attitude of the employees.

double check your order before leaving if they can mess it up they will how do you not include a straw or dipping sauce for your chicken nuggets

They don't give you a receipt even if you ask for one. I've been to this location three times now, and they tell me the receipt machine is still broken.

I have to say I do door dash and uber eats at nights and the wait time is absurd. Even when I go to get my own food it takes forever. I believe the problem is they are one of the only 24 hours McDonald's in Little Rock or at least down town. Either they are lacking staff at nights or someone isn't doing their job right. There should be no reason for me to wait a hour to pick up an order in line at night. Defeats the expression of fast food.

I was inside of the store when A gentleman walked in trying to pick up a DoorDash order. He proceeded to show the cashier his phone and what order he wanted ,the cashier said that someone already picked up order.The DoorDash asked to speak to the manager, the manager, a white man in a blue shirt very very rude, got extremely obnoxious and loud with the gentleman and said that he was not remaking that order because someone already picked it up . The DoorDash became extremely frustrated but still trying to reason with the manager, explaining to him that someone has to hit confirm on the DoorDash in order to pick up an order .He even called the customer on DoorDash ,to prove to the manager that he never picked up the order . The manager became irate almost as if he didn’t want to be wrong , argued with the door dasher for NO REASON for over 10 minutes. The Manager is extremely Unprofessional and did not try to compromise with the DoorDash driver at all. I watch the DoorDash driver pay for the customers food with his own money because the manager said that “HE WILL NOT REMAKE THE FOOD! “ I could not believe what I Hearing and seeing with my own eyes. A manager acting very uncontrollably like that over 20$ of food!

Why was my nugget sauce (honey mustard) literally hotter than my nuggets? Also the fries were soggy and cold. And the mcchicken tasted like mayonnaise with lettuce and a side of old chicken and stale bread.
