This location is convenient because it’s next-door to my apartment but there’s always something one day. They don’t accept cash the next day they don’t accept cards. The drive-through line often takes more than 20 minutes. I’ve been sitting in the curbside pick up for over 30 minutes now waiting on a single sandwich. I walked inside to get the sandwich and all the employees ignored me as I stood there for 10 minutes. Extremely poor service it’s ridiculous that I can’t even get a sandwich that I paid for.

Everything was ok except for the service, the lady at the register, was rude on the way she answered my questions! When you work with people you have to be nice, of course there are situations when you have to be firm but if a customer is talking to you is asking anything, in a good way, be nice, or get a different kind of job where you don't have to deal with people.

They get my order wrong about 75% of the time and when you come in to fix it, they ignore you for five minutes and then when they decide to approach you they treat you like you’re the problem. Their coffee machine never works. Their morning crew is just awful.

Horrible experience I went through drive thru and the lady forgot to hand me my drink. So I went inside to grab my drink. Once inside there were multiple people in line complaining about their order being wrong or an item that was missed out of their order. Once I got to the counter I told a man that my drink was sitting in drive thru window I could see it from where I was standing (and I knew it was my mine because the lady in the window had it off to side and handing out other drinks.) the man I asked proceeded to just walk away from me. So I asked another employee they brushed me off as well I continued to ask two more employees could they hand me my drink from the drive thru window and no one helped. This might seem small but it would have been a simple fix to hand me a cup or grab my drink that was already made that was three feet away.

The atmosphere is the biggest thing. The meat is chalk full of grisle and fat, so unedible. The rest is just plain expensive for no gosh dang reason.

My order was wrong not once not twice but three times and I know it was probably a stressful morning but even at the end of my visit I ended up with onions ? on one and none on the other staff was great though ? but mmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyy burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggerrrrssssss ?

This place is hit or miss. The food, tastes like every other McDs but sometimes the service is awesome and sometimes it's, well... complete garbage. Oh please PLEASE put sauces in the bag. Eating nuggets without the sauce is just cruel.

If you are having problems with a password, call your GM. Five cars in line waiting for some explanation about not being served at 5AM is ridiculous. All of the cars went elsewhere. Get it together and don't be lazy.Shipleys got my money today.
