This has been the worst kind of customer service and quality of food and coffee I've ever had at McDonald's. I am a fan of chicken nuggets and eat them 3-4 days a week while traveling for work. I've been to many McDonald's locations and have necer been treated so rude. I have also never had to pay for dipping sauce and was charged 50 cents per sauce. When paying for my sauce, the lady never rang it up and never put it in the cash register. Kind of crazy. Among other things, the coffee was not made with the cream and sugar I asked for and the food was cold.

Worst experience ever tonight took forever to get my food people on their phones that are trying to take money then the person that hands you your food tries to flirt with you when you're happily married they need to be fired
The University location has to be the best location! The service is really good and the lady getting the orders out for the window and front counter is efficient.

There seems to always be items missing when I get home. This time my sprite and sweet and sour sauce were left out. This has become a repeated issue at different locations. So now, at any mcdonalds, I will roll up my window and wait at the drive thru window while I check for every item in my order.

Horrible customer service, bad attitude. If u don’t like your job find another otherwise do your job right, in a timely manner and with a smile. But anyway i ordered 4 for 5, and regular cheese burger asked them to add lettuce and tomato and no onions and no salt on the fires i also ordered do additional medium fires with no salt. I didn’t get my fries till like 35 min after getting the rest of my food I didn’t want my burgers to get cold so we went ahead and ate what we had and the whole time we were waiting they literally we’re getting everyone’s order wrong smh do better.
Ordered 2 big Mac meals.paid for them to be delivered by grubhub didn't get my fries .can't get intouch with grubhub ...really pissed off throwing away money

Terrible place I ordered a caramel frape and they gave me iced coffee where I didn't ask for that and to make matters worse they put me in the same glass of mocha frape where I didn't ask for that either and they didn't even give me the receipt, these racist blacks think they own the place and for days I ordered an order for my children and a hair came out on the hamburger, as if I were to order them, I hope they read it and remember, they are very unclean there, that's why they have lawsuits because they are very disgusting, I regret a thousand times having gone to that place.

The parking lot is spacious and well-located. However, the inside of the restaurant is not very spacious. There is a monitor for ordering, but it does not accept payments, so you have to pay at the counter. Unfortunately, the staff are very rude.
