I have always had good experiences at this McDonald’s, except for the manager name Lily. She was rude and made a comment about me to another employee right in my face.. I’m disappointed to see the fall of our customer service industry in real time because I’ve always been pleasant to the employees here in my interactions with them.

The manager was so Rude I ask her could she come give me my doordash Oder she just look at me like I was crazy her and the drive through worker that’s so Unprofessional then they start talking in Spanish someone from the back had to come to the front to help me while they was in front of me just laughing and just looking at me crazy I should’ve just reach back there a grabbed it myself
Just sad I went thru the drive thru and no answer it’s 8 o’clock AM & we had to pull up to the window and the guy had to think about if he wanted to take our order he had his hands in his pocket black hoodie with dreads please have sympathy for people that waste there gas to feed there kids and families or just close the whole McDonald’s down this was not the first time I didn’t get a answer from them this the 4th time unprofessional

Worst experience ever, this McDonald's should be shut down, no customer service, no good management, employees very rude and disrespectful, waited 30 min for a 6 piece happy meal, that even wasn't fresh at all, fries look like they was dries out, nuggets was hard 4 my baby 2 eat jus horrible, and they employee was mad they he had to my order

I come here about twice a week on my lunchbreak and every time my burger is overcooked with a stale bun. Giving two stars solely for the fact that the staff is extremely friendly. Just wish the quality of the food is better. Save your time and money and just go around the corner to the McDonalds on university.
