I normally go to this location. Always got great customer service. That has never been a problem. But the problem is, I ordered fries and a cheeseburger yesterday. The fries looked dried out and were cold. Looks like they were cooked a few days ago. Even the burger was cold. I will go to the university location from now on.

Waited 20 min in drive through line and decided to go inside due to delay. Looked like they had two people working with around 12 people waiting to pick up and another 5 in the q to order. Thatās not counting the 5+ cars in line. Chaos!
This is a first for me at any McDs and Iām mid 60s. Corporate should either fix this or close this location.

Came to this locationā¦ ordered there was about 8 cars in front of me. When I got to the first window, no receipt paper. Ok go to the next window, keep in mind all 8 of those cars were told to move up and park and wait. I told them Iām not moving up bc I know how that goes. Anyways, the Mrg came (with the grill) and was like maāam u gon run out drive time up. I was like it should be up bc obviously yall need some more workers. He was polite so I moved up reluctantly. 30 mins later everyone that was there before me gone and itās new cars that have got their food. I go in and was like I yea let me get a refund. He was like oh here is ur foodā¦ it felt light and I looked in it and of course it was wrong so I just asked for a refund. I drove back around and when I say they lying on they DT timeā¦ itās a shame. Itās supposed to be a certain time to fill an order not pulling everyone up so ur time remains low but you struggling and making orders wrong, bad and cold food. This location needs some serious coaching and corrected action taken. -10 stars

I literally ordered the simplest of items, (mcdouble plain/triple cheeseburger plain) only to get two of the most disgusting, incorrectly made items EVER from a McDonald's!
Meat is burnt and cold, and BOTH BURGERS ARE COVERED IN ONION!!!
Has got to be the slowest and worst service of any in the stateā¦ā¦ I only go here when I donāt have time to drive a little further away from work

I got there at 8:30pm. I was told one moment. And 20 minutes later another one moment please. Me trying to be a good boy was being patient like an idiot and it's 9:10 when I can actually place an order some lady cut around me thinking I was broke down at the machine because I was waiting for the clerk. And somehow she got her food before me. Then I get to the window and all I ordered were a few drinks. All fountain drink. They were watered down and all had no ice in them. I had 5 drinks and no drink carrier. And the man was rude. Being the nice person I am I said thank you and wrote this review here to help release the frustration. Basically though this McDonald's is trash.
