I haven't used the app lately because it kept paying for other people's orders. But I used it for this visit and the guy on the speaker was nice and upbeat. When I pulled ari to the 1st window he was hanging out waving, like a race was on, with a smile and enjoying himself, for me to drive on to the next window. More employees should enjoy their job like he was.

i go to this mcdonald’s all the time in the mornings before school and have had pleasant experiences. however, this morning was one for the books. after ordering a egg and cheese mcgriddle with no meat, the employee taking my order asks me if i like meat. i explain that i am a vegetarian. he follows up with some questions like “so you don’t eat meat like at all,” “when’s the last time you ate meat,” but then to top it off he asks me “so you don’t eat your boyfriends meat?” i really wish i was joking. i feel extremely uncomfortable returning after this experience. bad service is one thing, asking customers in the drive thru about their sexual experiences whether joking or not is completely unacceptable.

This place has gone down. Service used to be good along side the food . Now it's extra greasy fries and long wait times.I went there waited 12 minutes at the speaker not to mention cars blowing their horns at me. Finally got my order taken and the lady at the 1st window looked scared and then repeated my order wrong, when we finally got the order right after she swiped my card -telling me I owe 2 and change for a medium fry. Made it to the 2nd window and asked for lemon in my tea after the guy with tattoos out of uniform puts his dirty hands in the lemons that he pulled out the color below him popped my tea top and dropped it in there during this 30 minute wait between windows and cars they wanted me to pull up. We did not because at this point I would have had to pull infront of the gas station to park. I called back immediately and a gentleman said he was the assistant Mgr and would replace my order. Never happened. I would never go back here again. Lo g wait times.Customer service is baddddddd!And food is terrible ?

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad, I've had to take back food several times due to them not getting my orders right I've ordered a sausage egg and cheese Mac griddle and they gave me a egg and bacon m griddle in which I'm not happy because it cost me time and money for gas to go across town to exchange the product not to mention i was hungry at the time and needed to take my meds and so i had to go get food from somewhere else
