The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Somebody was smoking in the bathroom there were ashes all over the counter and cigarette butts in the trash can.

Gave us expired milk. Went yesterday (10/11) and the milk expired on 10/10. Normally not a big deal but my daughter says she didn't like it. Took a sip and milk was sour.
Dinning room says open till 12 am but store is closed right after I left the other McDonald's down the street that also closed early. So McDonald's if you dont want my business I go to Arbys. 2 STORES IN A ROW I TRYED TO GO TO A MC D. no more im done with McDonalds for a long while. Rallys is 1 min down the street taco bell across the street nexr to Arbys. Next to sonics. Really Mc Domalds,competition already tough your even making it tougher. And harder for your selves.

I tried to order from the drive through today. No one was answering at the speaker, so I went to the window where there was a girl yapping away on her cell phone, clearly ignoring me. She would not look at me and had no intent on taking my order. Very unprofessional and rude. Haven’t been to McDonald’s in years, and will continue to be that way.
I was ordering food for my family. There is a tall, slim black male in training working the front. You can tell he didn't know what he was doing. Service was slow. By the time this guy was about to bring out the food, he tripped up and spilled six large fries all over the floor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He needs to be re-educated.

Disgusting employees are poorly dressed looking a mess hygiene isn’t up to par and for them to NEVER wash their hands while handling money food handling others phones for Apple Pay etc just disgusting the girl with the long braids is rude as all get out this place is going downhill fast

The male employee handing out orders at the drive thru looks like he forgot to wash his face before going in to work he had White stuff around his mouth and his shirt had food stains on it. Seeing that made me wanna ask for a refund and eat out somewhere else. Just not appealing seeing that from a person handling food.🤮🤢

I stop by this location often, usually im mornings on way to work. Stopped by this morning, 6/6/25 to pickup mobile order then drove to work. Ordered medium mocha frappe and sausage biscuit, my usuals. 99% of the time the frappes are made correctly and taste amazing but not today. Took one sip and automatically noticed a chemical taste! Idk if it's the frappe mix or chocolate syrup, either way it's going in trash 🤔 tried calling but went straight to voicemail. Sausage was a little overcooked but overall it was pretty good. So at least it wasn't a complete bust.
