I ordered through the mobile app bc YOUR website showed that you were open and so did the mobile app. Though it showed we couldn’t use curbside it offered other options like Drive thru. Upon arrival, the restaurant is closed and not even a sign advising that the restaurant was not open. I waited for 20 min thinking it was open since there was NO sign advising it was closed. Now I’m out of 15 dollars for a meal I didn’t even receive. It be nice to see updates on the websites like other establishments around Rodney Parham.

Food is badly prepared, no one in there can do customer service properly. No one actually pays any attention to what they are doing. I’m honestly tired of terrible customer service. I’d give no stars if possible. The whole place needs to evaluated and a new manager to teach these people how to customer service properly.

It's like they are trying to screw up your order. It's actually impressive how frequently the order is wrong. I was obviously aiming low by going to the McDonald's drive through but I thought they might get it right once in a while. Nope... Now do I drive back and try to get what I ordered or do I cut my losses? Yup. My bad. I expected too much.

I went thru the drive thru for lunch. I ordered a fish sandwich combo. It was all wrong. My sandwich was cold, and bread ends hard. The fries were slightly warm. I went back through the drive thru to have it replaced, and she Yea? Bad service and food were not fresh. On another occasion, she young girl wouldn't even look at me as she handed out my food. All i saw was her arm out the window with a bag. Next!!

I’m at the drive thru. I specifically say before I order can my food be placed in separate bags due to me having four orders. The young lady states yes. I get to the window and ask again and she says yes. Then I go to the other window and ask again. She give me an attitude. She closes the window in my face and then brings me my food. Inside there are 4 bags. She told me to bag it on my own. Why do I have to bag my food after being told that it would come that way. I will never go back to this location and I have video of an employee dropping food and bagging it

The food was great and the service was friendly. The girl taking money I think was new and accidentally ran my card for the wrong order. It's OK because it was for a coffee and told her not to worry, I would bless someone with a free coffee. So all went well.

I placed an order in the app and waited over 20 mins at curbside and never got my order. Drove through the drive through and no one had a clue. What they tried to give me was not what I ordered in app. This stores night crew needs to get it together. And no, I did not take the order, the girl refused to take it back and then said the doors were locked so I left it out front. Hopefully the homeless get it cause damn sure no one working there deserves it. No longer coming to this location, y'all suck

First of all make sure you count your change. My Order was 10.72. I gave the girl a 20.00 dollar bill. She gave me 8.28 back in change. It should’ve been 9.28. Pulls up to next window I asked at the window for Ketchup, and sweet sour sauce. I received no ketchup, 1 sweet and sour sauce and 1 barbecue sauce and No Straw for my drink…Not to mention this is not the first time me or a family member has gotten a order that’s missing something. I’m not sure if I’ll go back or not. Because it’s the workers that know they’re not doing the job correctly. Maybe they was trained that way..Sometimes it’s best to drive clean across town to another one. Last but not least They’re not very friendly workers either..

NO SODA DISPENSER for refills! Gone are the days to refill your drink. Also, I agree with another commenter….jail visitation. It’s so odd here, the flow is 1/3 Jail 1/3 School cafeteria, 1/3 old school McDs booths.
