The sweet tea was delicious. It was 95 degrees and so HOT outside. I just came through for something to drink. I was hoping the tea wasn't going to be too sweet and not cool enough. It is perfect. Just sweet enough and it's ice cold!! So refreshing on this hot day!!

Last night i was purchased 2 happy meals for my kids turned out the chocolate milk is sour and already been opened! I never experienced this before so sad they gives stale chocolate milk to kids!! beware parents!!

Really decent for a McDonald's. Orders are usually right here and staff are pretty on point. The food is McDonald's lol. That being said they did prepare our pretty specific order correctly and the food is edible for sure. The service was very quick and it was definitely a good experience.

Live right down the road. Always bomb at this location. Their $5 meal has saved us many a times and is a perfect deal and amount for me and my elderly Mom. Can't beat it. The people are always really nice, and helpful. They actually hire people who take initiative in their jobs and appear to care if their customer has a nice day. So their not jerks. Thanks MD Team on Bowman🙌😇🙏⭐We're Lovin It! PS. We also get other meals like the fish sandwich meal and when they had the 20 nuggets and fries in the basket like container that was a great deal too.

You have male employees who want to tie up the bathroom stall, burning the clock. You have customers waiting because of your employees sitting in the stall, probably playing on their phone so that they don't have to work for the money they are being paid.

I ordered through the mobile app bc YOUR website showed that you were open and so did the mobile app. Though it showed we couldn’t use curbside it offered other options like Drive thru. Upon arrival, the restaurant is closed and not even a sign advising that the restaurant was not open. I waited for 20 min thinking it was open since there was NO sign advising it was closed. Now I’m out of 15 dollars for a meal I didn’t even receive. It be nice to see updates on the websites like other establishments around Rodney Parham.

Food is badly prepared, no one in there can do customer service properly. No one actually pays any attention to what they are doing. I’m honestly tired of terrible customer service. I’d give no stars if possible. The whole place needs to evaluated and a new manager to teach these people how to customer service properly.

It's like they are trying to screw up your order. It's actually impressive how frequently the order is wrong. I was obviously aiming low by going to the McDonald's drive through but I thought they might get it right once in a while. Nope... Now do I drive back and try to get what I ordered or do I cut my losses? Yup. My bad. I expected too much.
