This is the worst McDonalds in Little Rock, AR for sure. Every time I go there no one is at the front counter. Elijah is the best thing that store has. He works all around but while working the counter the workers took so long with my order he had to leave the front and make my meal that I ordered 45 minutes ago. Every morning they leave their lights off in the parking lot making it unsafe for customers as well as never opening their doors at opening time at 5am. This store runs how it wants to and if you just so happen to go by there in the morning you will see that those employees are not operating that store right at all. I will continue to make these when I go to that location which I will try not to but when I do you will hear from me.
Terrible customer service! Had to ask for someone to take my order at the counter. And then, I waited 20 minutes for the order. I finally asked for a refund. At least 3 other customers walked out without ordering. The mgr gave me my refund. I told him the service was awful!! He then said, it's not like this every day ". I told him it should not be like this ANY day!

This the worse Mcdonalds ive visit here in Little Rock Ar. Beside jot getting receipts they refuse to clean their bathroom and just a out of order sign instead so they have to. Its Unsanitary and nasty. It also take for ever for someone to work front when they all are in the back.
