This was one of my worst visits to this store. I sat in the drive thru for close to 10 minutes. The young lady at the window was showing somebody how to use the mobile app. Instead of asking them to go inside, she just continues helping this person. As I satthere 4 other cars behind me left.I decided to go around the car, because no one was in front of it. I told the young lady at that window what was going on and could I just pay here and get my food. She comes back after a few minutes and tells me that I'm going to have to drive back around the building to the drive thru window and pay there. Because I went in front of the car that she was holding the drive thru up for. I'm like what the hell! So, I just said forget and drove off.I wish so desperately someone would come in and put another fast food restaurant in thisneighborhood, because this McDonald's would go out of business.I don't know what else to say other than, I am so PO.I have had some other bad experiences with this business and have complained a few times and have gone back. This time I am done.I'm sure they don't care about losing one customer, but I hope they lose a lot more.

The short girl taking orders always rude!!! All she wants to do is gossip with the lady who's always setting down and yelling at everyone else what to do...place my mobile order still takes 15 minutes then evening time is even

Hit and miss. It depends on who are working. The service can be fast or slow. Avoid 12 PM or sometime 7:50 AM.The food is decent.
They tired to force me in to using the kiosk to place my order if I wanted to use the kiosk I would have I would have not went to the counter to place my order.There for I walked out and went down the road to somewhere that had actually people who wanted to take my order.I don't like place that try and force the use of kiosks on me for that reason and that reason only they have lost my business I will go elsewhere where anytime I am in this part of GA

All the employees standing around while customers at the counter. Waited 15 minutes to get 4 drinks. No napkins, sweet tea empty. Employees arguing in front of customers. Manger gets no respect from employees. Bathrooms nasty with pee on the floor.

I ordered two large fries. After 20 minutes I got absolutely cold fries ? it took so long for them to get this order i thought they were making fresh. There were only two customers including me and one car in drive
