For my littles FIRST birthday, we wanted a cake to WOW everyone and our cake DID NOT disappoint!! We got a strawberry cake with homemade strawberry preserves in the middle and everyone RAVED! It was sooooo good and we had some left over to enjoy later! 😍😍😍 Highly highly recommend to anyone wanting an amazing cake with even better flavor 🩵❤️🩵

After a mid-afternoon table mishap that destroyed the wedding cake that was previously purchased elsewhere, Ryan and crew were able to create and deliver a cake in time to save the reception! the cake was beautiful and delicious. Definitely the perfect name for a bakery that saved a Sunday night wedding!

Ordered for an employees bday. Could not have been happier with how they look and tasted delicious!!!! Will definitely use again?

My work gave me a surprise birthday party & I'm always excited for the cake from a little rock bakery, but this year they couldn't even get the bakery to answer phone so they tried this bakery....and it did not disappoint- they got chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing decorated like beautiful flowers! They were so delicious & this business has a few new customers!

Oh Thank God. I was in a bad spot when my normal bakery flaked out on me. I came across “Mental Bakedowns” via Google search and it was perfect. They were able to make my 2-tier cake for my daughter’s surprise sweet 16 birthday party in only 6 days and I was so grateful. Cake was moist and delicious. Great customer service. I definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

So so very disappointed in how this turned out. The side by side is appalling. I asked for the icing to be fixed and left with a $70 empty cake. To accept a cake request knowing you couldn’t execute it, and still charging $70 to be sent home with what I was given is appalling. Very disappointing way to start my birthday given I can’t use it for my photoshoot like I had planned. Definitely warranted a refund. I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to something like this. I haven’t tried the flavor, but at this point my expectations are low.

Decorated cookies are not their forte. We were very disappointed with our order. (See photo)

Ryan is what I would probably characterize as an artist. Anybody can make a pretty cake. The ingredients were top notch, the substance of the cake was the awesome part.

Short notice, service with a smile. Made my partner's birthday just a bit more special. It's appreciated.
