I've eaten at at least 100 Pho places in the last 25 years. The broth is key, and this place holds the key to Pho heaven! I ask for Nuc Mam before tasting because 80%+ tone it down for an American palate. Didn't need it! Truly authentic and delicious broth, the rest is hard to screw up.
I had to give all 5 stars because it was that solid and good. Not had excellent Vietnamese in many years. You guys rock, don't change a thing! Ask for Victor! He doesn't lie, the beef and broccoli is the bomb!
Just go. You won't regret it. Everything is delicious. First time checking it out today, and everyone was fantastic. It was between this and Thai food. I feel like we chose wisely. Full flavors and generous portions.
