We are from out of town so this was our first time visiting. We got the cheesy garlic bread and mozzarella stick for an appetizer. Both items were good. We didn't realize the meals came with rolls which were great too. Our food tasted amazing! The portions were perfect and just delicious. Service was great as well. We will definitely be back next time we visit Little Rock!!

The food wouldn’t exactly cause me to write home , but the service is always great and the atmosphere is quaint yet cozy. Actually, the fried ravioli are memorable enough to write about in one’s journal ?

We moved to Perry County when my husband retired. He is a New Orleans native and I lived there for fifty years. We are Italian food aficionados, and know good Italian food. We have made a habit of eating at Milano's for our anniversary. It never disappoints. My husband today had the Spaghetti and Sausage. He was very pleased! I like the shrimp and veal dishes very much. Our waitress was lovely. It is well worth the extra money. Just go!!

We have dined here several times since first discovering it and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, our last visit will most likely be our last. During our visit on New Year’s Eve, before we were seated, the host sprayed and wiped down the table. After we sat, we noticed a strong smell of bleach, but didn’t think anything of it. Once we got home, I noticed my pants and shirt had bleached spots all over them. I reached out to the restaurant, but never got a response. It seems irresponsible to regularly use bleach when there are so many easily available and economic alternatives for sanitation available.I just don’t see why I should give my patronage to a business that would ignore my complaints after destroying a shirt and pants that was worth well over twice the cost of our meal.

The food was great, our server was incredible. The place is very cramped, but it's still worth it.

Really good experience. Garlic cheesy bread was good. Got a creamy white wine pasta with chicken. Alfredo kids was good but pricey 9.99 (no meat) my husband got baked ziti and it was good! Salad dressing (ceasar) was nice. Coffee (caramel macchiato) was very good! I got tiramisu and limoncello cake and both were very tasty. I will be back. Total bill $87+tip

The restaurant does have a very nice aesthetic and atmosphere. Our service was good and we had no wait. Our food was hot. I had the pasta combination, my husband had salmon, and my children and inlaws had a variety of other dishes. We also ordered their garlic cheese bread. Overall, the food was good but not amazing. The bread rolls they bring to the table is yummy. The garlic cheese bread was just ok. My salad greens were bitter/ tasted off and came with a boatload of diced onions, wayyyy too much for a single plate of salad. My husband's salmon was overcooked and dry, unfortunately. My pasta combination did have some good flavors in the Cannelloni. The ground beef inside it was well seasoned and was the best part of my whole dish aside from the generous layer of melted cheese on top.
