100/10 came all the way from hot springs to this location the lady who helped make our food was amazing she gave us an unforgettable experience!! Everything was fresh and looked extremely clean after a rush! Amazing guest experience from today’s crew

Rude people. Waited 10 minutes just for to bag up my food. They were siting down talking just not doing anything

Not sure what happened to Moe’s but this was the saddest experience. Nothing looked fresh, salsa was sour, place was empty for a reason.

I used to love eating at Moe’s but i guess standards went down. Dark facility, bad scent… especially by the salsa station. “Eat at your own risk”.

Felt responsible to write this. Wish them the best of luck, ya’ll lost a customer.

Terrible experience. They had 1 person making food, a line almost out the door and wouldn’t stop making online orders to handle the in person customers. The guy taking payment was just on his cell phone. They finally got around to making my food and then stopped after everything was piled onto the tortilla. They then let it sit there for 10 actually minutes open and unwrapped while they did an online order for someone who came in after me. Finally they wrapped my food and charged me. It took me 30 minutes of standing in line to receive a cold burrito. The guy that was making the food also works at the pace of a slug. Don’t recommend this location to anyone

Came in for some comfort nachos. Ashanti helped me get my order together and even made sure i got chips before i walked out the door! Amazong service, tasty food! I will be back to try more, Thank You!! 😁

Moe Monday is a wonderful deal for value. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is great. Good food for a good price!

Food was good, service was okay but felt rushed even though it was our first time there and no one else was behind us in line. Around the soda machine and salsa bar was pretty dirty unfortunately. Over all wasn't a bad place though.

Been waiting since 09:30 they supposed to open at 10:30 10:42 the door is still locked i was told 1 minutes several times

After having a terrible experience at Chipotle moments earlier, I decided to check out Moe’s, given I was still in need of lunch. The moment I walked in, I was treated 1000x better upon entering this restaurant. The food was decent, but the service was great. Whoever was working the line around 12:30 was polite and efficient. The girl working the register was also very pleasant. Restaurants have to understand that good service can take your business far. People work too hard for their money just to give it away to businesses that don’t respect them. I will definitely be back to this location.

The employees at this particular Moe’s are friendly, engaging and seem to really enjoy what they do. Every time I walk through their doors they greet me like I’m an old buddy and it just warms my heart. I have always enjoyed my experience and my food at this location.
