Mugs Coffee Co is unclean. Food on the floor. Every table had crumbs on it. They do not clean up between customers. Staff much more interested in talking to one another than customers.

The manager is Mexican, and she made me feel like nothing. She put white people above me even though I ordered first. She made me feel so sad. I even cried when she said she was American and did not care about how long I’ve been in the country. Desiree, you’re worth nothing.

Service so bad you'll want to throw out your $5 coffee. Ordered an Americano with heavy cream and was told I could self-service. They'd be nice enough to leave me some room. Which they did not do. I put some of the milk that was out for self service in it and walked home. I'm throwing out this lowsy cup of dirty hot water.

The drinks are definitely good, but the service with the guys that they have is awful, this last time he has no order pending and event lithe that took him more than 15 minutes to make two coffees, plus that he has a really bad attitude to the costumers.
Mugs coffee owner why do you have someone like this guy at your business without supervision, so bad.
This place was a massive disappointment. I had a very mediocre coffee, which was fine, and then after waiting far too long, the worst bagel I've had in my life.
A frozen Lender's bagel from the grocery store would have been
a significant upgrade from this bagel.
I'm relatively certain this bagel was prepared by some restaurant supply company like Sysco, trucked to the store, defrosted, toasted and then served. I'd be even more disappointed if someone on site actually made this product, but that seems unlikely.
This bagel was an insult to the concept of bagels, pastries, baking or food -- it is a processed food product. I would feel guilty serving this as breakfast at the county jail.
I will note they have a nice music selection for the morning -- relaxed yet upbeat, very nice. And I got to listen to three or four songs waiting for them to prepare this insult to breakfast.
And it wasn't like it was a bargain. The bagel and cream cheese ran IIRC $4.25 + tax and tip.

I'm really offended that you burned my food and covered it in bland gravy. You could taste the scorch...that's it, that's all.

They ladies were nice and professional but this guy in the picture had a nasty attitude and was cleaning the counter with the same towel he used to clean out the coffee . I thought that was so gross, he was so rude to me as well I guess maybe overwhelmed? I’m not sure but he was just as nasty as his attitude

I ordered a bagel, side of bacon and potatoes, and a latte and have been waiting for over an hour and a half for this very simple order. Won’t be returning.

The coffee was super good, and the employees were super helpful in explaining their different syrups. The seating is also nice both indoor and outdoor.
Perfect, great prices.

This is one of my most favorite places to bring clients and to sit and have an afternoon coffee or tea and I ask for decaf coffee and sugar-free syrup and get a latte. I did not ask for a latte, I asked for decaf coffee and a sugar-free syrup, this is a very dangerous assumption, on the servers part, dairy products can be detrimental to Tthe health of some. She literally told me when I said, that has no milk correct, “I assumed you wanted a latte.” My order was made right before I took a drink thank God for the other server that came out and helped. Then I brought it to the original servers attention. I have been charged for a latte and she asked me if I wanted a refund????? This is the service I’m accustomed to receiving from Mugs Heights location.
