Consistently Excellent Dining in an open, “feel good” atmosphere, upscale surroundings. Competively priced. Service is super, food fresh and delicious. The sashimi is melt in your mouth; the chef and staff make outstanding sushi. Not to be mistaken for a sushi & seafood only restaurant, Oceans offers many other great options. August 9th 2024: Six family members eight at Oceans on August 2024. Our stakes had to be sent back twice because they were cooked wrong. We ordered stakes and seafood. The food was cold. The service was poor. We asked to speak to the manager. He was very unresponsive. Hus only response was "sorry." When you pay over over five hundred dollars to eat at a restaurant you expect quality. We called several days in advance to make reservations. We ased for specific type area to sit because of a handicap family member. They ignored it...
NO! i actually do NOT RECOMMEND! terrible... I will leave a longer review later as we are just leaving, but I've never been more disgusted in a restaurant and disappointed! Jamal should be fired!
1. ordered medium well steak, got well done... sent it back... got less than rare.... 3rd time it was right... not acceptable... more to come, stay tuned.
2. Bathrooms DISGUSTING! to use the urinal, you would have to stand in piss... il post video and pics of this..... stay tuned for #3
3. I called our reservation in on Wednesday. Today is Friday. We were 5 minutes late, and they STILL did not have or tables ready... stay tuned for #4
