We went to the one in Little Rock off Chenal. I was not impressed with it at all. The one in Sherwood is a lot better to me.
If out Chenal way just skip On The Border and go on over to Chuy's. Way better food

We had food sent to our house from on the border Mexican restaurant. I was able to eat some of the nachos. The rest of the stuff I got I took about three or four bites out of it, and I could not eat it. It turned my stomach. The smell turned my stomach. Something had gone bad and I used it anyway are they use bad oil to fry it I don’t know what it was, but I would not recommend on the border at least in Little Rock Arkansas.

Met a group of friends here for drinks and dinner. The draft beer station was broken and had been for a while with no plans to fix it. So no one could get the happy hour beer specials. The air was broken and we were all pouring sweat inside. We went outside to cool off...in August...in Arkansas!!!
Both my fiancee and I were quite sick the next day due to the food.
Used to be one of my favorite places but it has gone down hill fast.
On the up side our waiter was so nice and did the best he could with the place not having working things.

The food and service were fantastic! Everything was fresh and served quickly. The only issue we had was the wrong food was served to my granddaughter, but they rectified that quickly and provided her a fresh plate. The manager came out and apologized and gave us coupons for free queso on our next visit. Sometimes mistakes happen, and that's okay. What's important is how the mistake is handled and I think they did an excellent job!

Ordered on doordash, 3 drivers showed up and the the restaurant canceled my order saying they didn't have nachos in stock - thats ALL I ordered 😑 in town for convention 1 block away at hotel, will let our group of 300 know not to go there! 3 drivers showed up to get the order!

Easy to make online order. Pickup was so easy, order was sitting on pickup desk right on time. Food was delicious!

it was a little toasty in the building but overall the experience was a 10/10. Ask for madison she is an outstanding server, very quick & attentive. Faith, the manager was super sweet and had great energy. We will be back.

They changed everything about the firecracker jalapenos and they are trash now. Only thing I've ordered from any OTB since probably 2010. The breading is different, comes with ranch rather than queso, 4 rather than 6 and definitely lacked chicken! 4 stars for the spot and 2 for the food but only because the salsa is still top tier!

I can definitely see why this place is going out of business. Food tasted nasty and was burnt couldn’t even eat anything had to walk out. I guess they deported all the good cooks.

I have been eating at Chuey’s for a while but to me their food has become flavorless. So, we decided to go to On The Border. The service was excellent and the food had so much flavor. We will for sure be back!!!
