I come here to eat quite often—basically every other day—and I usually order similar items each time, so I have a very clear idea of what the portion sizes should look like.
Today I came in again and didn’t see the usual manager. Instead, I was served by a woman wearing black shirt named Victoria. (Later, another employee told me she was the manager on duty today. Compared to others, she was… quite different.)
I ordered noodles as my side(Bigger plate), and she only picked up a tiny amount with the tongs—just a flat, very small portion. I asked if I could have a little more, since it was clearly much less than what I normally get and also less than what I saw in other customers’ boxes. She told me that was the correct portion, about 11 oz. I couldn’t help but smile, because I also work in the restaurant industry and I know very well what 11 oz looks like.
Since she insisted, I didn’t want to argue further and just let it go, finished ordering my food, and left. I had originally planned to buy a kids’ meal for my child as well, but after seeing the portion I received today, I decided not to order it. I felt misled—I didn’t receive the value I paid for.
Honestly, if I come in next time and see her or unfamiliar staff instead of the usual employees, I will probably just leave. It’s not worth paying and ending up frustrated. There are plenty of other Chinese food options in Little Rock, and I can spend my money anywhere. I just want to have a pleasant experience when I dine.
The photo and video below were taken after I received my food. Panda management can take a look—does this really look like 11 oz of noodles? Seriously.

The food was okay my chicken had lots of fat. Service was pretty good very nice. The floor and chairs were so dirty and all the drinks were watered down. I did a like and I tip 30 minutes all the seats were dirty and so we're the floors. My food was good but some steak was pale and it looked like it wasn't cooked plus I heard a worker cuss this restaurant is okay

This Panda location is great, but the crewmember Donald is AWESOME. Donald is always working so hard whenever I come in to Panda. He's not only hard working but is also very KIND at the same time. I feel like kindness is becoming rarer and rarer these days, so to see Donald share some kindness with me and others every day...I can't overstate how much it is appreciated. You are the best Donald...keep it up sir. There's nothing but greatness in your future.

You need 1 hour to get thru their drive-through… with just 2 cars ahead of you…. Yea. Good luck with getting dinner there.

I ate lunch at this place today!! The food was awesome... But I left my purse!! It had quite a bit of cash for my husband's Christmas gift along with personal info and cards ... Imagine my panic when I realized I had left it there in a booth!! I called in and the manager had it and someone had turned it in with my cash and all untouched!! I am touched and overwhelmed with gratitude by whoever did this!! Be it employee or customer... A huge Thank you and I wish I could've thanked you in person and may God bless you! This is a safe place to eat y'all ...

This is a very busy Panda, due to location. That being said, my time in the drive through was short and sweet. The person taking my order was accurate, listened well, and made no mistakes. My food was super fresh and hot. The food had no dryness or crusty parts, with plenty of portions in the box.

sigh come on…. its been like day 3 since opening.
ordered fried rice and broccoli/beef. those three pieces on top left corner was all i could find.
i ordered online and i had to wait 30 min to get it. i think the manager noticed me sitting there for so long he went behind the kitchen and packed this. except all broccoli. im so confused. so he personally packed for waiting customer just so they get just broccoli and rice?

I was very excited to try the food here, unfortunately the food did not live up to my expectations. The food was very bland. The fried rice & lo mein tasted old and flavorless. The chicken was okay but not as good as I hoped. Considering they just opened, its disappointing. One star because I will not be going back.

For this to be brand new they suck! Drive thru takes 40 minutes to get your order and the lobby will be dead.

Newly opened, so working out the quirks is to be expected.
Non-functional ice machine, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and food that was only warm and not hot are a bit of a disappointment. Hopefully improved the next time we go.

The food was absolutely horrible I had to throw away my entire order. The fried rice has no flavor at all and it tasted microwaved...the mushroom chicken had very little flavor. The chow mein was mushy and lacked flavor...don't waste your money.

Great food! Tasted so amazing and hot even after it took me twenty minutes to get home. The young lady at the window was very nice with exceptional service!
