Worst experience ever my wife asks the girl what’s in the tuna salad , she responds “I honestly don’t know” She goes in the back and comes out with a bowl to show my wife, not let her taste it just look at it. How do you work at a restaurant and not know the menu?

I ordered curbside pickup for my coworker and I today for lunch. I scheduled to pick it up at 11:45 so I could run my errands and get back to work by 12, as my lunch break is 11-12. I clicked “I’m here” in the app at 11:48am. I waited until 12:10pm to call and ask about the order - they said it would be right out. The pickup service is terrible. The sign says that if you ordered online, just wait and we will be right out. Eighteen minutes later, I called them. Oh, we don't have the kind of soup you wanted - what, you were just going to let me sit out there until the cows came home? They have had enough time to get the pickup service running smoothly, but they have not.
