I ordered a drink for pickup on the rapid pickup shelf. The Panera app confirmed that my order was ready for pickup. Instead of preparing my drink, the staff was engaged in personal conversations with their co-workers. I observed an employee holding my drink (which was only ice) until they finally decided to start making it. I reported the incident to the assistant manager, Courtney. To my surprise, she became extremely belligerent and mentally unstable, stating that I was banned after reporting an employee.

Panera's food is wonderful. Easily the best fast casual option. I rated 4 stars because my brother is disabled and had I not been there to open the door for him, he would have been unable to enter the building. Better accessibility would be appreciated.

This place has just gotten worse and worse. Will not go back. Seems all the workers are more interested in getting high than doing their jobs. Constantly missing things from our order. Don’t eat here, it’s just not worth it.

The store is spacious and well-lit. The tables and counters are consistently clean, making it a very hygienic environment. When I visited, the cashier was very friendly. The sandwiches and soups were also delicious. I will definitely return to this store in the future.
