I ordered the chili and got a French baguette, the chili was cold & so was my bread. Nothing was fresh. I ordered pickup and waiting in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes.
Was given the wrong food. I was told the order was mine even though the buzzer I was given was not buzzing. I was told that was my order and I wasn't given the chance to check the bag I was given had the correct order.

The only reason I gave this restaurant a two star on anything is because my food did taste good but if you’re in a hurry don’t go here. I waited in the drive-through 25 minutes for a pick up order and my car barely fits through their little tiny drive-through, maybe some updates would be good here. Maybe some staff change too because the girl that talked on the intercom I could barely understand her through her mumbles Terrible location.

Nice place with good food. But the service was weird. No one there answers a direct question they'll give you a different answer to a different question than the one you asked. For example I asked them if the buzzer device buzzed and the guy told me all we're doing your food right now, then proceeded to hand me somebody else's order. Which he had to redo because not that touched it.

14 minutes in the Drive-Thru before you get to order. And now 10 minutes and still I'm not through the drive-thru to pick up my food. And at 8:00 a.m. after 2 hours of being opening you're out of everything bagels. So whoever your inventory and purchasing person is they really need to re trained. 2 hrs and your out.. Your employees and your managers need to remember and realize that the customers we're here to make your paychecks without us, you don't have a paycheck. This door needs to be reviewed and looked over. You need new management and nudes staff or everyone needs to be retrained. So I get to the window now and she repeated my order and then she asked me oh is it toasted ?? when I said five times when ordering it that I wanted it toasted. I'll go back to the one on University. They've got their act together over there. This store does not!!

Drive thru employee left me sitting there without ordering until I asked if I needed to come inside
order a turkey bacon bravo and the bread is old and crumbly. the bacon is horrible. the sandwich is just thrown together and sloppy. 9.50 I just wasted...never again...Panera used to be so much better than this...they have definitely fallen off.

This location is in trouble! The staff member taking our order was extremely slow and quite frankly didn’t know what he was doing. He kept having to get the manager for help. After ordering 4 meals I noticed the total was over $90, which was way high. We had the manager read back our order and there were multiple errors. Once corrected, our total was $56. Later, our food came out. Several sandwiches and Mac and cheese dishes were cold. Staff were not friendly. Afterwards, I was no longer surprised that the restaurant was nearly empty.

We have eaten at various Panera Bread locations around the country (the one in Salina, KS is consistently amazing), however THIS location is a joke. I say this because EVERYTHING was unacceptable… Both salads had soggy/wilted/rotten lettuce!?! My French Dip sandwich was greasy and the French Onion soup was the exact same sauce as the dip for the sandwich. Ironically I’ve had French Onion soup at two other restaurants in the past week and they were both 100x better tasting. Even my wife’s Chicken Noodle soup didn’t taste the same? I have no idea. Our entire group was disappointed, not just one person or one dish. We will not be back. All of us were so disappointed.

This place is horrible. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances to surprise me. The drive thru takes FOREVER, even placing an order online. The customer service is mediocre at best. And instead of refunds for bad service or food, you get Panera credit. No, thank you.

Our food took forever and the place had maybe 10 people if that in it. Then the food was prepared wrong! The salad was horrible with rotten pieces in it. My husband didn't even eat he got a refund and I did for my salad the place was in need of a cleaning.
