Local of the well-known chain famous for breakfasts. Large and welcoming spaces, fast service, excellent sandwiches. You can have breakfast or brunch while working. Very friendly staff.

Extremely rude employee that I spoke to on the phone today. I will never order at this location again.

The staff there was amazing. I just got sip club since it's across from my hospital in LR l. I've been to all central Arkansas locations and each is simply amazing!!
The drink club is top tier, and the food is really great. Think subway but with chic Starbucks vibes.
The steak menu items, avocado 🥑 bot, fresh and delicious are the few of many explosive words to use to describe their taste and comfort.
Was so good wife signed up for sip club since she is a teacher and is near most central Arkansas locations as well!

Went to this location tonight for a late dinner. Once paying over $60 for our order we asked for a receipt since the POS did not give us that option. I asked the Manager if she could reprint it since (she’s the manager) she told me no and show me the error on her screen. I took a picture of it for my records as I have to for my job. Once I got the picture I went to go fill up my cup. The Manager starts being very loud and saying that I got sassy when she couldn’t print the ticket. But clearly I got the picture of the receipt and was okay with that. She then starts yelling even louder saying not to make my food. And when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and stood by it. She refused to refund the $60 but then one of the kind cashiers told her too. She then slammed the receipt for the refund on the counter and told me she was calling the police. Over a receipt? Clearly, this location needs a new manager because no person in management should ever be walking through a place of business telling their employees not to make no more orders for the rest of the night because she was tired. This is not how you do customer service. Keep in mind the restaurant still had 45 mins until closing.

The food was, as expected, good. (4 cheese souffle, chocolate croissants)
However, the real star of the show was the coffee. Just a regular Dark Roast, but rich, flavorful and expertly brewed, it was the perfect complement to my meal.
While the food and drinks delivered, the service was unfortunately just average. The cashier wasn't in a mood and kinda rude.

Ordered a chicken avocado BLT but when I got home to enjoy my sandwich I found it only had chicken, lettuce, and tomato. That’s it. They left everything else off. Don’t think I’ll be back to Panera any time soon.
Do Not Order From This Location! The service is absolutely terrible and the management is awful. Specifically the manager that worked this morning. Who, by the way, knew she was acting very rude and refused to provide her name and stand by words. She was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. Go to the other Little Rock location.

Just meh all together. The location is a PITA to get to. It has an outbound one-way that will trick you, then make you do a u-turn down the road. It's location at a busy intersection that makes it even more difficult to get in/out of. The price for what you get is meh. Lenny's Subs is a couple of miles away and much better. I had the new Spicy Chicken Dipper which ran on the skimpy side for meat and only got half a cup of dipping sauce. I could've got a 15inch Philly Cheese Steak from Lenny's for a few bucks more and been stuffed.

I had broccoli and cheese soup and my wife had
chicken and rice soup. Both were delicious. The staff was very pleasant. This is a better-than-average fast-food restaurant. The price was about on par with other fast food restaurants.

Grilled cheese sandwiches need the cheese melted, not burned on the edges and cold in the middle.
Slow service from an empty restaurant.
