The coffee, the atmosphere, and vibe at this hip coffee spot was amazing. Attended to very quickly, delicious coffees, and scenery is the opposite of the boring Starbucks. Highly suggested.
This particular Panera seems to be going down hill. I visit Sunday mornings 2 or 3 times a month to meet friends. The last 2 times they were out of coffee at 9am, once because the soup cooker was broken and they were using the coffee maker to boil water for soup. The last time my sandwich just tasted rubbery from being over microwaved, they were out of cream cheese for bagels because the cooler was left open over night, and they didnt have any cold brew coffee made up. Panera is our go to place for a coffee and Bagel in the morning but we might have to rethink this.The last two times we have been the service was extremely slow and to me there’s not enough staff.This morning they had ran out of coffee and it took forever to get someone’s attention even though a young guy was in the back checking his phone.Just think Panera needs to step up its game.
