Employee was a jerk. Parked in the lot for a few minutes to find a restaurant nearby and threatened to call a tow truck on me. Didn't care to consider why nor asked me. Would have eaten here in the near future, but not anymore.

I would like to report a complaint and concern that occurred on 10/16/2025. The delivery guy who delivered my order to my workplace was very rude, un professional, and loud. He refused to hand my food to me demanding that I tip him first. Due to his lack of professionalism and grace as this is a business setting, I chose not to give the driver a tip and handed him the store receipt back showing ZERO tip. He then says “Next time you place an order it’s going to take longer to get here”, “You could have at least tipped me $1” before storming in the elevator. I am appalled that he is a driver and is allowed to represent your company. And due to the threat that my food/delivery will take longer to get here next time and (the uncertainty of whatever that means) makes me uncomfortable and certain that i wont be placing ANY future personal or company orders through Papa Johns. I wanted to share my experience with you pertaining my interaction with your employee today on 10/16/2025.
Please address ASAP, preferably via email and phone call as this SHOULD NOT be ACCEPTED NOR TOLERATED.

I ordered some pizza to take to the ER workers on a Saturday. I had just sustained broken ribs and the guy who helped me check out loaded it in my vehicle for me! It was so very nice when he didn't have to. The ER was so happy and said the pizza was wonderful!!

I ordered a pizza from them on 05/18/2024 and I cannot seem to find their store number anywhere. When I received my order opened the box (now this probably will sound petty) there was a business card in there that's fine.. DO NOT PUT IT ON THE PIZZA. I was shocked that it happened. That is a health hazard most pizza place stick them on top of the box. And honestly we didn't even eat it to each it's own I guess
I do believe this is a health violation to put business cards ON TOP of people's food.
