On the evening of 08/31/2020, I ordered from Papa John's Pizza at 2000 South University Ave. (Ste. C) Little Rock, AR. I asked to speak with the manager. After going around with the guy on the phone, he state that he was the manager and his name was "KP". I explained that the pizza was not in good condition. It was tossed. Just tried to order and was told there is a minimum $25 order. guess who doesn't require a minimum order...every other pizza place out there.
