The people that work here is VERY RUDE! I called trying to see where was my because it said my food was delivered 20 mins before it was actually delivered and whoever the girl was that answered the phone said with an attitude it’s on the way and hung up in my face!!!

I’ve used them for pizza delivery regularly for several years. The pizza is very good; the delivery service is excellent; the app is very useful; and the rewards are helpful.

Ordered 5 pizzas and desert two hours prior to the delivery time. They never showed up. Manager was worthless other than telling me that their third party delivery service picked up the order 15 minutes past when the order was supposed to already be here. It was scheduled to catch the shift time here at the hospital. Manager has an order complete message from the delivery service we have no pizza and I am out $90. Absolutely zero help from the incompetent manager. So far zero help from corporate. This is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced, especially from a job that isn’t rocket science. Make pizza ( 2 hour heads up) and deliver it on time.

I order at 6:33pm tonight online and the tracker quoted 50 mins which is understandable about 8pm I called the west markham location to check on the order and was left on hold for 17 mins about 8:40 ish the DoorDash driver showed up with the order even though I tried to call back again right before he got here to cancel the order because I went ahead and ordered something else because I had kids here to feed.. Papa John’s pizza is soo good but it always takes 2 plus hours for delivery and the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE!

Poor experience. 2 staff working. One customer asked for a refund due to the one making the pizzas cross contaminating since she can’t eat pork ya know…poor attitude as well. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Any grocery frozen pizza is better than this. Ugh. Worst pizza ever. And expensive

Left pizza on the front porch,which dogs probably enjoyed. It wasn't a no contact delivery. It was a specified hand to hand. Really un acceptable. Horrific service FLAT OUT TRASH

Pizza is cold and horrible. Looks like someone grabbed it and wadded it up. Then tried to lay it out flat again. GARLIC PARMESAN bread sticks have no garlic or parmesan on them and aren't cooked all the way. Delivery driver was the most unhappy person I've seen in a while. Won't ever order from here again. It's obvious by other reviews that the manager/owners could care less.

No one wore gloves. The person making the pizza was still in his jacket, sleeves hitting the dough. They couldn't find multiple orders. The cooked pizza still had uncooked dough under all of the toppings. I thought it was cheese. I really should've asked for a refund after the first red flag.
