Papa Johns Pizza

My pizza was make ok, but I was missing a couple of toppings. The workers were ok. Missing a couple of toppings, I hit them a star for. I havnt had papa johns in a while. I am glad I had a coupon. I would never pay full price for their pizza. Also there was a couple of really light toppings too. I couldnt even taste my mushrooms. They were all shavings, and just a few of them.

I always order DoorDash from this location without issue. Tonight there was some confusion due to a glitch on DoorDash but Angelia at this location went above and beyond to assist the Dasher in getting me my food as quickly as possible. You don’t run into a lot of people who approach customer service with so much care but when you do it makes a world of difference. This might seem a bit much for a Papa John’s review but it made my day!

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with no sauce... it came and was cold. And it was dripping with butter/oil. Breadsticks were cold and asked for ranch. Got Mariana. And I never got my 2 liter. Had to call the store to get another one redelivered. We are still waiting, mind you the store is 3 miles away. No more than 10 or 15 min. drive!
Doordash needs to screen their drivers!

Cheese sticks were good but we didn't receive our garlic dipping sauce that we ordered. Boneless chicken wings were average at best. It would have been nice to have received napkins with our order.

We ordered Papa jJohns pizza while staying at a hotel. It was delivered just as promised. I ordered the classic crust with 4 ingredients. Unfortunately we had several toppings that were not ordered on our pizza when we openned the box. Instead of going to Facebook to complain. I reached out to online customer service and told them of our issues. Mallory the GM reached out and made things right for us. I appreciate the way she handled the situation and how quickly things were handled. Thanks Papa johns for your way of doing business. Customer service goes a long way in my book. We will order again!

I order delivery from this location at least 2-3 times a month. I get the pepperoni pizza and a gluten-free cheese pizza. The GF pizza, I always get extra cheese, extra sauce, square cut, and a cup of sauce. They always get it right. Sometimes the garlic sauce isn’t in there but otherwise, they don’t miss the mark. They did have a rough period about 6-8 months ago where there were a couple of minor mishaps, but overall, it seems they’ve been doing great since then! I think they may have been short staffed before. Delivery doesn’t take super long and the food is always hot. Oh and as a side note for the gluten free crust - I don’t necessarily like the crust because I like thin crust or cauliflower crusts, but their pizza sauce is my favorite so I just get extra sauce to balance it out flavor-wise. Hope that helps my fellow gluten free friends.

No. Pizza raw sometimes. As a delivery driver this is the worst place to pick up from i lose money if I accept orders here they take a crazy amount of time.

Ordered a few items off the menu for delivery, the pizza and the cheese sticks. Sadly,our pizza arrived and looked amazing,but I hadn't ordered onions. I spoke with the manger and she had it remade and delivered back to my home!

The service has gone so far down hill, unfortunately. Orders are not right, lucky if it is delivered if you get delivery, and the store hangs up on you if you call with complaints.
