I decided to patronize for a second time after the first visit was pleasant and food was good. I spent $40. However my second visit the pizza was a disaster. I ordered large with half beef half vegetable. The crust was soggy and pizza was under cooked. I called and spoke with lady manager that said she would replace it however I explained the earliest I could come in would be Sunday 11/18 - the order was placed 11/13. I forgot on Sunday and called on Monday to inform her what happened. She began questioning my receipt and went back on her agreement saying it was nothing she could do. They stole from me because I literally had to throw the pizza away it was disgusting and she lack integrity because she went back on her word. Also I’m aware that when the card machine ask for tips the actual cashier or cooks do not get the tips but the owner.

The quality of papa Johns is crazy awful now. I ordered a Xtra large pizza had it delivered opened the box and the crust where ingredients should be are all puffed up. I drove and took the pizza back asking why is it this is the 5ths pizza I've received like this and they said oh it's normal. FOR YOU MAYBE but not your competition. The reason they bubble up like that is because your not putting ingredients in that area it's just dough cooking. Very upset I had to make them remake it and never apologized

This Papa John's is the worst I've ever had the unfortunate discomfort of interacting with. I ordered a large two-topping pizza and cheese sticks. They delivered the cheese sticks, but no pizza. So here I am, two hours after I ordered the pizza with no pizza; cold cheese sticks; and no desire to ever return to this particular Papa John's.

If I could give 0 stars I would we have ordered from here from years never had a problem until today. The pizza we ordered a garden fresh pizza barely had anything on it. When I called to complain I was told they are using measuring cups now for there topping that they didn’t used to use and said sorry about that and that’s it didn’t offer to fix anything.

The new manager is amazing! Called in a order for my mother in law. I asked if he could bring it out to the car. He didn’t mind at all and we had a 45 minute wait time he had our pizza ready and 10 minutes! Phenomenal customer service!!!
The amount of time I've spent in this store was unnecessary. If you deliver for this store, please take a photo of all your dorp offs because they'll stall you at the store & try to bait you into a situation where they deny you made their delivery. Keep proof.
