Service at Park Grill was horrible. Unfortunately, not much about the service here has changed since their opening which is a huge disappointment. It took 24 minutes from seating for a server to come and get our order. I ordered a dinner salad as a starter and they gave me a dry salad- no dressing at all. And then it took another 10 minutes of trying to hunt down a server to ask for dressing on my salad. The food is decent (nothing special), and not good enough to come back for the price and terrible service.
First visit, and I could not have been more impressed. The restaurant design and layout is outstanding, and this is capped by the expansive glass and the great view. Each of us had the Tomato Pie and the Tomato Bisque; both of which were excellent. We commented on how much we enjoyed the desserts, the brownie and the cheesecake. While both were very tasty, a slight edge goes to the cheesecake—truly a signature dessert. Service matched the rest of the dining experience. We left saying we would be back— and would bring our wives.
We got a nice table by the windows on the southeast corner of the restaurant. Service was just a little spotty, but friendly. Food was wonderful. Delicious and plated to look as good as it tasted. We'll be back.
Everything everyone at my table got looked great. The vegan shepherd's pie was a good choice... the lentils were perfect. I'd happily get it again.

Excellent date restaurant. Limited menu, so it makes the choices easy and probably helps to ensure everything is done right. Our server was very knowledgable and helpful. The seared salmon was cooked perfectly as was the filet. A number of romantic booths scattered throughout the restaurant, each facilitating a cozy, private feel. Went in conjunction with Bright Nights event, so able to tour the galleries before our wonderful meal. Great time, excellent food, beautiful restaurant.
The setting was perfect for an evening of wine and conversation with a friend or date night. The food was pricey, but delicious. The hostess and bartender were great, but out waiter seemed new and rather inexperienced. Hopefully, he'll improve with time. Will definitely return.
Service was wonderful and portion sizes were good. The ambiance was lovely and I assume during the day the view outside would be incredible. Great location for a girls dinner but also saw couples and families.
First time at the relatively new Park Grill. Patrick Herron, the executive chef, has put together a solid menu and the four of us all enjoyed our selections. The number of wines and spirits to choose from are limited but the skilled bartender produced an excellent Manhattan. Pleasant atmosphere and well spaced tables also enhanced our experience at the Park Grill. We will return soon.
The food was horrible. Soup was so peppery we couldn’t eat it. No bread. Asked for some and it came cold and garlicky. My filet was so tough I couldn’t hardly cut it. Should have had a steak knife, really sharp! Would have helped, but still had to chew. Will never go back,Good luck to you that do.
Our Birthday Club went to Park Grill for our Christmas gathering. We were excited about getting to go to a restaurant new to all of us, and Park Grill did not disappoint. It was agreed that the food was excellent, and we like to be able to talk to each other without effort. We did just that. We decided that we would definitely return.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service and food. I was initially worried about getting too much food and having to take a bunch of leftovers home but the portion size is PERFECT. We split the tomato bisque for an appetizer and the PG Biscuit and the French toast for our main meals. OMG everything was delicious and we were both satisfied without being miserably full. The noise level is, well, not there lol. It was super quiet. My only complaint is more on the museum. I did not see any signage informing me to use a different entrance from the main doors. Thank goodness for a patron showing us where to enter prior to the museum being open. Just know, if you go before 12pm on Sunday to use the nondescript door to thw right of the main doors. Will definitely be back!
I have been here twice for lunch with friends. It is a beautiful space - almost like outdoors, but with heat/air conditioning. The sound level is not bad given the hard surfaces with the glass window and the walls.... there are sound baffling decorations on the walls and the wood baffles on the ceiling that make all the difference. The service has been excellent. I really loved my food especially the whole fried okra. I hope to go back soon.
We had a lovely lunch at Park Grill served by our Extraordinary waiter, Rich who made great recommendations and was super attentive to our needs! The ambiance was wonderful and the view of the grounds was lovely. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
As stated earlier we could not have been happier on our first visit to Park Grill. The food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding. I highly recommend the Grill to all. Thank you.
I met a former work colleague here for Sunday Brunch while we were both in Little Rock. We could not get into 42 Bar and Table and this turned out as a very good alternative. The setting was very pleasant, the menu broad enough, and the food quite good, and the service attentive. This is a go to place in Little Rock.
