I had the best chicken teriyaki. It was made fresh to order and was delicious in under 3 minutes my food was serve to me. I really recommend this places if you are looking for fresh and delicious food made to order.

Dined in today. The entire time we were there San made sure our table and several others were taken care of. She was so pleasant and helpful. Food was also great.

I really enjoyed it. Food presented nicely and tasted great. Firecracker chicken had a bump but not overwhelming. Wife loves the lettuce wraps. Price was good. Service was solid.

This was my first time ordering with Pei Wei and I went with having it delivered. I was craving Asian food but am on a strict gluten free diet. I was incredibly surprised to learn of their gluten free menu options and even MORE surprised that what I chose was SO delicious. I got the beef and broccoli with white rice, extra sauce on the side, and edamame. Everything was hot, fresh, and so tasteful. Ohhh and extra extra bonus points for the gluten free soy sauce packets added in. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Delicious food, very lovely crew, clean place and tables. Great for families and friends. The best is that they change your food without charging for that in case you don't like or is,allergic to some ingredients.

A great, fast restaurant with hot individually made to order dishes.

Food and service were good. Only negative is the restaurant is a little physically run down.

This is an edit from my previous review. The food was really good my first visit but has been terribly inconsistent. I’ve been 3 times in the last week, and tonight (Monday) might be my last. I’ve ordered the Mongolian beef the last two times. Beef has been terrible cuts, fatty, and not cooked well. Got the edamame last week and loved it. Got it tonight and couldn’t eat it. Mushy, wrinkly, and tasted old. The guy that appears to be the manger is not the friendliest guy. So disappointing because I really wanted this place to be consistently good.

Ordered the firecracker chicken and bit down on what I thought was a bone but turns out I’m 99% sure that it was a piece of gravel. The Pei Wei in my hometown had some controversy over food safety/contamination in the news and then years later I personally run into this incident — I think I’m passing on Pei Wei for good now.

Edit: I submitted a contact request via the peiwei.com form as requested on the date this occurred and still haven't received any response from Pei Wei 5 days later - I question how much Pei Wei values their customers.

Can't believe what just happened. Ordered the new chicken avocado bowl, and was asked to keep waiting several times. After over 20 minutes, they brought a bowl without avocado and said 'we're out of avocado'. 20 minutes of delay to NOT bring out the food is insane, no apology until called out, and no manager till I demanded a refund. Unacceptable practice by employee and management.

My daughter and I ate here for the first time. It was good! Service was great! Very clean! My daughter said the vegetable spring rolls were the best she had ever had.
