A great, fast restaurant with hot individually made to order dishes.

Food and service were good. Only negative is the restaurant is a little physically run down.

This is an edit from my previous review. The food was really good my first visit but has been terribly inconsistent. I’ve been 3 times in the last week, and tonight (Monday) might be my last. I’ve ordered the Mongolian beef the last two times. Beef has been terrible cuts, fatty, and not cooked well. Got the edamame last week and loved it. Got it tonight and couldn’t eat it. Mushy, wrinkly, and tasted old. The guy that appears to be the manger is not the friendliest guy. So disappointing because I really wanted this place to be consistently good.

Ordered the firecracker chicken and bit down on what I thought was a bone but turns out I’m 99% sure that it was a piece of gravel. The Pei Wei in my hometown had some controversy over food safety/contamination in the news and then years later I personally run into this incident — I think I’m passing on Pei Wei for good now.

Edit: I submitted a contact request via the peiwei.com form as requested on the date this occurred and still haven't received any response from Pei Wei 5 days later - I question how much Pei Wei values their customers.

Can't believe what just happened. Ordered the new chicken avocado bowl, and was asked to keep waiting several times. After over 20 minutes, they brought a bowl without avocado and said 'we're out of avocado'. 20 minutes of delay to NOT bring out the food is insane, no apology until called out, and no manager till I demanded a refund. Unacceptable practice by employee and management.

My daughter and I ate here for the first time. It was good! Service was great! Very clean! My daughter said the vegetable spring rolls were the best she had ever had.

Tried them out for the first time today-was pleasantly surprised! We got lettuce wraps and Firecracker shrimp, both were great! The shrimp was fried PERFECTLY, insanely good and nearly scalding hot it was so fresh 😁 Service was really lovely, the lady at the counter greeted us explaining the card machines were down, was super nice about it, she checked on us multiple times as we ate too. Firecracker shrimp was great, the rice it was on was a bit wet with the sauce but the flavor was great. Highly recommend

I haven't been here in quite some time. I stopped in a few days ago and was glad I did. I placed a call in order. I was greeted by San when I entered and I recognized her voice from the call. She was very professional, prompt, and polite. The food was made fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and San was super helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Was great but totally went to hell. Lost the best management staff ever. Have a few people that still care they are trying. Mcdonalds is horrible next door but at least you can see in their lobby. This place is dark and dirty

It's been awhile since I had their food but in my opinion quality has gone below what it used to be.

Me and my wife ate here in the middle of a busy dinner hour with lots of to-go's moving out the door. The manager San is absolutely on top of it. She was handling to-go's, attending to customers, and helping the young woman on the counter check IDs. We were very impressed with San and her team.

The staff appeared to be short staffed and they still were working so hard and going above and beyond for every customer!

The four people in our party were split in their opinion of this upscale Oriental restaurant. Two of us loved our meals and two didn't care much for theirs. Service was ok although the people behind the counter seemed rushed as if they weren't ready to start serving for the dinner hours, even though it was after 5 pm. A little pricey for the amount of food you got.

We really enjoy the food here. I particularly appreciate associate San who is so nice to everyone who comes in. Highly recommend.

Specifically told the person my order and after multiple tries she was able to get it right with the cooks atleast I thought
I got the 2 dinners home and the sauce I ordered extra was one tablespoons worth and the chili seasoning i asked for didn't make it with the order
Needless to say I got my rear chewed for the order being wrong.

Have not eaten here in a while, had the drunken noodles with chicken. It was good and plentiful, had enough for lunch the next day. I had snow peas added but we're not cooked long enough
Overall I will be going back
