The last Two times i've eaten here i've gotten food poisoning. the first time i got the chicken pad thai and the second time i got the ahi poke salad bowl. the avocado on the salad looked like it had been sitting out. I asked for no chili sauce but they still put it on there. and th ahi was really squishy like it was sitting out also. both times after i ate, i got an upset stomach. i ate the same things at the one on university and felt fine. So if u don't want food poisoning, don't eat here.

Friday night with best weather we've had in weeks and they have ONE cashier running the whole front.

We called to make sure their posted hours (closing at 10 pm) were correct. The phone rang for over 5 minutes, they never answered it. We drove 20 minutes to get there, arrived at 9:07 pm, only to be told they closed at 9 pm. We asked about their posted hours online and told them we tried calling ahead. The very nonchalant employee replied, "I'm sorry, they never update our hours; and we were swamped and couldn't answer the phones." "I'm sorry" doesn't make up for our wasted time and gas to drive that far. We dined at the Big Orange Midtown instead, they never disappoint.

Lousy service, didn't serve food after 40 minute wait. Eat somewhere else and sit here. Ambiance is good. Manager, server, clerk all need professional training. They Don't know how to talk to customers. They won't give full refund for the food they didn't serve. They will give u coupons for next visit as if you are coming here again. Bill 20081 Dt 9/28/17,

One member of our party found their Mongolian chicken to be a little salty. Ryan (the fantastic manager on duty at the time) immediately made sure that the salty chicken was replaced with another entree. He then gave the three of us in our party gift cards for free meals! We couldn't have asked for better service. Ryan went well out of his way to make sure we were taken care of!
