Went here for the first time as I saw the 5 stars review. Didn't feel welcome at all. The place was really nice though but the barista was not friendly. He didn't talk to me as he was busy talking to the lady that was sitting at the counter. I had to be the first one talking to him. I had to look around to find the menu. He clearly saw that it was my first time there. He already assumed I was taking the drink to go, eventhough I would have wanted to sit down and chill for a bit there. Kind of disappointed considering the 5 star review. Just from that service itself, I will probably never come back here, sadly.

Ordered online but they didn't have one of the things I ordered despite *confirming the order*. Received a cheaper substitute with no refund. Talk about gentrification vibes. A vibrant coffee shop in an old garage in a tired neighborhood. Strange all around. Coffee was fine, nothing to write home about.

We stopped for coffee on a road trip and loved this place! Try the hot Sorrel hibiscus drink! The lattes are not very sweet, which we loved, and the baked good were delicious. One seating area looks like a forsest and is so relaxing. We even found some unique wines and non-alcoholic bottles to buy!

I really enjoy Pettaway! It is a little bit of a drive for me, but it’s always worth the trip. The coffee is really good and is high quality coffee. The tables are great to work at and I’ve even come with groups to work here. The Pettaway Square is a cute area too. Mojade is the NICEST barista and I have always felt seen, encouraged, and loved on by her as a customer! Honestly, I like to go here because of the employees and quality coffee. I can’t recommend this place enough and have to shoutout Mojade for being awesome at her job and so kind to customers!
