I had a really messed up previous order and I let the company know about it. I was immediately issued a credit and I used yesterday. The replacement pizzas were great! Pizza Hut and the local Bowman Rd store (LR, AR) really made up for the previous order.

I ordered a meatlovers pizza with extra cheese. I could tell they'd forgotten to add the extra cheese because the cheese was so thick OVER the toppings. Then it was sooooooo dry because there was no sauce AT ALL on the pizza. Dry, thick and nasty. It looked cheap and disgusting. I was craving pizza, chose Pizza Hut and it was obviously the wrong choice. So better.

Ordered hot honey pizza online with customizations. I paid a premium for hot honey flavor but there was no heat or honey taste at all. The pizza was delicious as I’d expect from Pizza Hut, but the stuffed crust had a bit too much breading than usual.

Finally! Little Rock has some of the worst Pizza Huts I’ve ever had, and when the new one on Bowman opened I didn’t have high hopes, but unlike those others here in town, this Pizza Hut actually does their job right. The pies are always cooked just right and topped with everything evenly (unlike the others where some slices wouldn’t even have cheese). Service is always prompt and polite and the location is always clean. Coming from a rural town in Kansas, Pizza but is what I grew up on. It’s what I’m craving when I’m in the mood for good inexpensive pizza. So it’s nice to have one here that is finally doing things right. I hope they keep it up!
Every visit is friendly and helpful. If your pizza is not what you expected the employees will go the extra mile for you to feel satisfied. My daughter and I love Bowman Rd location we followed them from their previous W Markham location and prefer them over every other store unless we just have to settle for another. Great Job Crew! Keep up the great work guys!!!Parking: Location very convenient near by banks if you need to go to an ATM or if you're having a little quick get together with your order & needing decorations Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, and Hobby Lobby are practically in a circle near by.

Despite the bad reviews...I tried them anyway...ordered a supreme pizza...hardly any pizza sauce too much cheese...they cooked my pizza with all the toppings on one side mostly...they gave me a whole lot of beef and hardly any of the other toppings...

What a joke only if the joke hadn't cost me $35, and on my meesly $804 disability income that's a fortune, Pizza hut should be ashamed of their self, for $35 we got a cold pizza,(no cheese or peppers they were an extra charge, 2 uncovered cold pastas but no breads sticks as pictured that too was extra charge. There was curbside contactless delivery offered but the store was not set up to accommodate it I guess they don't have time to update their menu so they just let people request it and expect it only to have to figure out that the pizza is not going to be brought out. The manager when I called in a very condescending manner explained that none of this was her fault and that she didn't know why it was like that she had no problem giving us a couple of bread stix if we would come get them. That was the punch line seeing it was a 40 min round trip for us and the gas alone was more than we should have spent! Much less the food and the tip I do stupidly gave ..... For what I can't say but I can say why I should be refunded that tip ! Sorry food, sorry menu, sorry service and sorry management, it's an example {of what not to do in a restaurant . And if the stuff people see is this sorry can you imagine what the stuff you don't see is like (kitchen, freezer, fridge, dish pit, bathroom ect.!)?.NEVER AGAIN!

Finally!
