When I tell you the gm Nate and his staff is just awesome they are always friendly no matter how busy they are . Even his new manager a big guy was awesome getting and taking orders as well as giving them out. This is my go to store for my family and my church they are always top notch

Ordered pizza online and was alerted that pizza was ready. I went inside and there were 2 customers. The young lady working was alone and you could tell she was upset. I don’t blame her. The manager should have closed if there was only one worker. The young lady’s was going from the cash register to slicing the pizza’s and I never saw her wash her hands after handling the money but she was trying to get the job done so I understand how that could happen but I blame the manager for not closing the place.

You always have to wait for pickup even when it's ready and nobody is in line they ignore you until they decide to see why you're standing there, no acknowledgement until then. Often when people are in line they are just letting people block the line waiting on their order while yours is burning up in the warmer, ask them to get out of line while they wait! They allow non-customers to loiter. They consistently blotch your order, I never order onions on anything yet last night I got onions on my custom pizza, WTLF!

I witnessed a Pizza Hut employee come from outside and grab dough and proceed to make a pizza. NEVER washed his hands nor wear any gloves. Very Disappointed!!!

This is one of the worst pizza huts I have ever dealt with!!!! I have lived all over this beautiful country and leave it to little Rock to consistently disappoint. The order is never right, stuff is always missing, or completely wrong!!!! I've had my orders stolen but NOT refunded 5 times in the last year!!!! I've had 6 orders cancelled last minute with no explanation and NEVER refunded!!! They just do whatever they want and it's okay, apparently not one employee at this restaurant has ever been taught about the restaurant/service industry!!!!! Absolutely pointless, they have left my children and I waiting for hours and ended up hungry more times than I can count!!!!

Waited for my contactless order 22 minutes after app said it was ready, that a staff member will be out shortly, it took 22 minutes to get it in my car because I went inside to claim it. Why offer service that is not going to comply

I ordered my food. Waited over 30 minutes past the delivery time and received a notification that my order was canceled. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. If I could give a negative 1 I would!

Had pizzas delivered with Doordarsh that part was good... I'm disappointed I didn't get banana peppers on a pizza I added it too, and extra cheese on another. I do not like paying extra for something I'm not getting. I suggest not getting delivery here. Wlak inn or eat on site, so they can fix the issue then and there.
