We took advantage of the $2 pizza deal. There was more crust than it was actual edible pizza with cheese and toppings. They were very stingy with the toppings. I just feel like we basically paid the money to get some baked dough with a Sprinkle of ingredients. It lacked sauce. It was dry. And then when we asked for cheese and pepper we were told we had to pay for them because they came in a shaker. I remember in the 1980s and very early 90s Pizza Hut had some of the best pizza that money could buy. The recipe changed and the quality went in the toilet! I quit eating Pizza Hut years ago but my children seem to like it. I reminded them of some of the items that you used to be on the menu that no longer exist. I also share stories with them on how you used to be able to eat Pizza Hut pizza right out of the refrigerator the next morning and it tasted fantastic cold! I don't know what happened but whoever made the decision to stray from what was natural, good, and delicious definitely miss the mark and made the wrong decisions. The gentleman at the counter was nice.

Ordered and paid online. When I went to pick up my order, no one was there. I waited for a bit and even called the store hoping someone would answer, but no. I had to leave without the food I paid for. Since then, I’ve reached out to Pizza Hut customer service twice requesting a refund. They told me that the store has to issue the refund, and I should receive a call from them shortly…I haven’t received a call or a refund and this has been almost a week now. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I’ll be getting Domino’s from now on.

We had a mix up with our pizza order so I called the store (Cantrell location) and spoke with the manager Cliff who promptly, professionally and politely handled the mix up. He sent fresh correct pizzas out and saved dinner time! In this day and age where customer service definitely lacks, he showed that great customer service still exists!

I placed an order through the app and paid. Said my order would be ready at 12:26. Went to pick it up and was told my order was cancelled because they were out of personal pan pizza’s. Don’t advertise specials if you cannot fulfill orders. When I walked in he was putting 3 personal pan pizzas in the oven!! Shady!! Now I have to dispute my charge and have to get lunch elsewhere!! BAD BUSINESS!!

The guy was extremely nice, and my order was set to pick up at a later time. He said he could make it now, and he did it was fresh and hot. I got sick the next day, me and my son. It could have been the pizza because that was the only thing we ate that day. So I won't eat here again. But I did like the service and quality of the food.

Only half the order was received. Called to get a refund for the missed items and the person that answered could not have cared less. Still waiting for the refund. The food that WAS received was poor quality.
Got a out order to enjoy a nice picnic with my wife for her birthday. They completely messed up our pizza. We asked for pineapple on one side and pepperoni and mushrooms and beef on the other. They covered the entire pizza with everything. On top of that the pizza was cold and mushy. Worst Pizza Hut I think I've ever had.

We went in, they took our order and the person behind the counter was polite and helped us with all of our questions. It had been a while since we had been in Pizza Hut. It was great they still had their pasta. We ordered the chicken pasta which is my favorite. The food is great. The service is great.
