Amazing, amazing me and my family came in and they were actually closed, but once they realized we were going to leave they made the exception to allow us to sit and eat, then after it seems like other people came behind us. So I thank them for their great hospitality and the food was amazing. I’ll definitely be back on regular hours though 😂 thank you Platinum BBQ.

Came in with my two boys and wife while trying to kill sometime and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while. Jerk lamb chops will have you thinking about them for days, loaded fried are true to their word when they said LOADED. Both of my boys were unsure what they wanted and the staff was patient and helpful. Didn’t show a sign of annoyance towards my family. Great flavor and amazing environment. I pray they succeed with this business. You don’t find this customer service and flavor anywhere now days. 10/10

Absolutely fantastic pulled pork sandwich. Perfect Cole slaw and the beans were fantastic. Could have eaten two of these!
We walked in and weren’t even hungry! Got offered some free samples that fixed that problem. Ended up with the two meat platter, an extra side of collards, and banana pudding. And finished ALL OF it. Great atmosphere, great food. Don’t overthink it like a lot of these other reviews. Good is good.

Unprofessional, even for the South. Kid delivering messages to the kitchen area to two others who seem to be siblings continually squabbled. The only drink available: bottled Sprite. Mediocre brisket sandwich was almost cold. I mentioned it after someone asked how things were and she said she would microwave it (ew, but ok-ish) but then went to check on 3 other people and never returned. Meanwhile the sweet potatoes were literally scalding hot. Worst complaint though is watching the kid making the sandwich cross-contaminate: serving gloves on, touching the bread and food and then grabbing the disgusting handle of the food storage unit. Judging by the clearly slathered handle, that's protocol. There's no chance in the world that flies aren't on that thing all day. Not the cleanest place, overall. The brisket was mediocre at best and the sweet potatoes were straight from the can. Won't return.
