Customer service was on and poppin! The gentleman at the register was super nice. Food was bland though. Tasted like there was absolutely no seasoning or marinade used on the chicken. Asked for mild not tasteless.

I've been to a lots of Popeye's Chicken, but the one on Markham in Little Roc, Arkansas is the best?!!!!!, there everything is always hot and fresh especially their Biscuits, and the Cold Slaw is good and fresh doesn't taste like it's been sitting in the fridge and I like that, I've never gotten not one flat drink from there, most drive through give you messed up chicken not this one,,,so next time you guys are in that area and got a taste for chicken, GO TO""" POPEYE'S CHICKEN ON MARKHAM""", across the streets from the Health Department..??????❤️??????...

I like this restaurant and the service was pretty good. The big problem I have with this location is the effort needed to leave safely. Nothing is unsafe about the parking area of Papa's restaurant but the street that leads you out of the restaurant is tough to cross certain times in the day.

Rating Change.I placed an order for delivery last week and when it arrived it was missing my drink. 31 minutes it took the driver once he picked up my food. This location is 3 miles away. I asked the dasher about the drink and he said there was none. The dasher turned and got back in his car. It was only then I realized the bag was covered in soda inside and out. My food, also soaked with Dp. Inedible. My guess the Dasher spilled my drink and stopped to clean out his car but didn't bother to go back to the location to get a new order. I figured Popeye's corporate would take care of it. NOPE. They offered a 10$ dollar coupon for the hassle. I spent 24$. When I noted that, they said I would need to be transferred to another department. Two days later, I get a reply offering 15$. ? This isn't let make a deal. I gave y'all 24$ and in return I got chicken soaked in soda. Corporations out there making RECORD profits PLUS stealing from their customers. Shameful and ridiculous. Like I told them, there are 100 other places to get chicken from. Don't let this be you, eat elsewhere.

This is my favorite location its always fast ,fresh and friendly! Today I waited longer than usual but they gave me double shrimp and added a hot apple pie no extra charge. They did not even mention anything about it that really caught my attention. I will warn you to be cautious when going through drive thru right as you get to drive thru window there is a huge pothole. That's the only negative thing I could say . Today they were installing new screen in the drive thru for the menu .
