Ordered Large Tender combo and they give one sauce. When asking for another guy tells me .39 cents. I just paid $13.71 for a meal and they are not willing to give an extra sauce? Come on Popeyes! This is the only location that has ever done that. Hope that 39 cents was worth me never coming back

Went through the drive-thru, after I had already paid they told me that there wasn’t any chicken ready and that I needed to wait. I then had to sit in the parking lot for 25+ minutes waiting for my order. Definitely not what I signed up for, lesson learned - cook at home

This is the WORST Popeyes EVER!!!!!! They never have any chicken and then they NEVER know how to ring anything up! I am done trying to get food from this place! Worst fast food restaurant in town!!!!! I don’t recommend this place or anything they serve! The food is never fresh or they’re completely out of chicken.

Sadly, a few of their items are being removed from the menu (Cajun dirty rice), and the drive-through attendant tells me that extra condiments are being charged extra ?

Everyone there is always polite and courteous. The crew stays on top of my orders and management is kind and uplifting when it comes to mistakes or wait time. I normally go during they late afternoon, but highly recommend stopping by for lunch!

Multiple visits in a row I have been pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the employees. Through the drive-thru speaker the employees have greeted us with kind and happy tones and then with smiles at the window. It is so refreshing and makes me want to keep coming back. Thank you!

It’s the worst Popeyes in Little Rock… make sure you check your order… if you ask for dark meat… they will still give you that old azz white meat that cook 3 hours ago…

Says they close at 10, but they won't take orders past 9:30. I don't mind them just hanging out in the back before they close, but just be honest that you're done working. We sat in front of the speaker for 20+ min. Everyone else just drove away.
