I had an a horrible experience at this Popeyes. I placed an order through the app however, whenever I arrive to the store, the employees inside told me that the lobby was closed however, it was only 8 PM. I was annoyed but I decided to wait in the drive-through line because that was my only option and I had already paid. However, the one car that was in line proceeded to stay there for 10+ minutes and I heard nothing going on in the drive-through line. The other cars in front of me started to pull off and at that point I assumed that they were just closed entirely. I tried to get a refund on the app, but all they claim they could do was give me a credit. I did not even have a chance to talk to any employee or even request a refund in person. I've been dealing with customer support on the emails for the past couple days and it's been a terrible experience trying to get my refund back.

Stopped by on my way to a doctor's appointment. Food tasted great but the guy that took our order had the enthusiasm of the old guy from the movie Up.

The drumsticks were so small they were barely a snack period service was good enough and atmosphere was what you expect do red beans and rice taste of funny so I didn't eat them

Honestly, I can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star review bc honestly before tonight, I can’t say I would given this location that high of rate. The young man tonight I believe manager tonight was amazing! I arrived 30 mins before closing and he and the staff were super friendly; the food was fresh (surprisingly) and he was overall happy to serve us even at the end of the day!!! I’m not sure of his name but he was a taller white gentleman. Closing on the night of 06/25/25. Im order number 32. I had two orders for coco!! Please keep him at this location!!

Terrible. The drive through can't hear unless you yell due to equipment issues. I pulled up, ordered a #1 combo with fries and red beans and rice. And a 3 tender combo with honey BBQ. We got no sauce, no redbeans and rice. The sandwich had 2 small pickles on it. I paid almost $25 to be disappointed for dinner.

No substitutiond on kids meals, which equals no fries. Can't even pay the upcharge, have to order a whole extra side. AND had an attitude about it. Stupidest shit ever, no other Popeyes has that rule. Won't go back.
