Potbelly Sandwich Shop

While the wife and I are not huge sandwich people, Potbelly sandwiches are fantastic. Nice selection to pick from. Father in law had the chili and was quite impressed. High quality produces that were fresh and enjoyable. A nice step from the norm.

Staff is super friendly. Food was great! Restaurant is always clean and inviting.

One of the staff members was very rude...chili nasty...will never eat here again

I had The Wreck sandwich and my wife had the broccoli cheese soup. Both were awesome!

Friendly staff and amazing food. Way better than subway!

Staff rudely informed me the store refuses to take call in orders during lunch. Great job missing out on an office party order.

The food was okay. I got a half salad and a cup broccoli and cheddar soup which was watered down. The price was expensive. I payed $20 for soup and salad. The service and atmosphere was nice.

My husband and I ate here for the first time and has a very pleasant experience. The workers were kind and helpful and the food was very fresh and tasted wonderful! They're pricing are also reasonable- 7.99 for a combo!

Tried Potbelly for the first time yesterday. It was a tax day special of BOGO...nice promo to get you in the door! Got the Club on Multi grain for hubby & I tried the Mediterranean on Flat bread. Ordered online & order was ready in 15 minutes....no waiting once I got there which is a big plus! Both sandwiches were very good.... possibly a little less hummus next time (don't like stuff squeezing out the sides of my sandwich as I eat it but it was still good). Will be back for sure....plus I got a coupon for a free cookie in my email.....warm cookie at that & they smelled soooo good ?

Vegetarian options: Hummus!

I should have kept it simple with a turkey breast with cheese sandwich, but I had to test the waters with the Mediterranean from Potbelly. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the sandwich looked fantastic with fresh veggie ingredients; I couldn't wait to eat my heavy sandwich in my car,  but apparently I'm not a fan of the hummus and artichoke combination because I couldn't taste the chicken. I only ate half of the sandwich and disgarded the rest. I plan to visit in the future, but soup or a simple sandwich will be my next option.

Parking: I had no problem locating a parking spot because the parking lot is large and shared with other stores.

I visited Potbelly's a few days ago and had an issue with a food item. The manager Cynthia immediately corrected the issue to ensure I was taken care of. I appreciate her actions and it's this type of customer service that makes you want to come again. Thanks Cynthia.
