First time patronizing with Professor Bowl. Easterseals ACCE PROGRAM had their class reunion with all the classes. It's a nice facility but outdated. The food was delicious and hot! The only complaint I have, they need bowling lanes for people in wheelchairs. We had a student in a wheelchair who couldn't bowl and that was very disappointing to him. Please fix this issue, it would be much appreciated!
Just went this afternoon with a group of about 10, two lanes total. One of the lanes was not functioning properly; we kept having to reset it. Then it eventually just froze and wasn’t working at all. We talked to the front about it and they told us it’d get fixed. We waited about 30 mins and it never got fixed. Asked again and was told they only had one person working in the back on the lanes and they were coming after the lane they’re currently on. After the other lane...
I like the oil pattern and think it has the best lanes in the state. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. Stays open later and opens early. Tonight I bowled 3 games. 184,149,177.
