First let me say the young lady was working her butt off, it was just her and to cook and it was busy, we waited 45 minutes to get food butt when the food came out it was hot and it was fresh, the young lady needs a raise or or management she needs something cuz she did what she needs to do the company should be thankful, because she could have just walked out and said skip this she's a teenager why would she need to put up with all this

Waited FORTY MINUTES because they only had TWO WORKERS AT 628pm on a FRIDAY! They forgot our fries on the order even when we gave them the receipt to check! Way too slow since and not worth the wait time only to have items forgotten. I'LL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!

I have one small wad of fries in a medium sized box. Th? I was told to pull to the window for double passenger for no reason. I had to come out of my belt and climb through the window to get my hard food.To the person making food…having a high temperature on grease doesn't reduce your cooking time. You're just going to burn the outside and the inside will be undercooked. Low-High/high-med is the ONLY way to fry food.

Stood there in the rain for 20 mintutes, while people in the drive through got their food immediately after they placed their order. I placed my order at 9:07pm and drove there and then they ignored me standing outside in the rain for my pick up order I placed online which should’ve just been ready at walk up. I didn’t get my food until after 9:35.. They were rude, and not caring. One guy filled my soda cup up and just walked away with it still on the fountain soda machine when that’s all I was waiting for. Then the women had my food ready and was going to sit it inside the window then she said oh, you can just grab it. Very disappointed. Very rude and disrespectful! From an out of towner trying this, which was such a honor because it’s very popular supposedly but it was not a good experience at ALL. I’ve been all across the country multiple times, even to other countries and never this level of experience.. and over $30 of food…
