Great customer service for me today. They nolonger serve ice cream and are out of a lot of drinks. My fries were fresh, but the drink I did receive (fruit punch) was a bit watered down and not cold.

Our drive through waitress was awesome! She was quick with service as well as the cook staff. Everyone was friendly and we all enjoyed our meals. Very cheap!
The girls were very rude. This little rock location is the most ratchet Rallys I've ever been to. Half the stuff you ask for they say they don't have it and you can hear them laughing in the background. They cook what they feel like making. LITERALLY! I feel sorry for the owner of this establishment. Money going down the drain. They definitely need to be investigated. Speaker was broken & everybody had to walk to the window. The name on my receipt said the cashier's/host name is Gavion. Well if that's her she was extremely rude. I've never had a bad experience at a Rallys before today. The way she treated 2 older customers was ridiculous. I had to be extra nice to her in hopes they didn't spit on my food!! I hate I had already paid. Definitely was too afraid to eat my food....NEVER AGAIN! If someone knows the owner of this location tell them to do a pop up visit!

Literally drove one mile after ordering burgers and fries. The fries are ice cold and the seems like they took it out a refrigerator then wrapped. And for it to cost almost $20 for one burger and then a combo you would think that you would get at least a hot sandwich. Never would I return to this location, not even if they offered to give it to us for free. 🤬

Every-time I pick up food here for DoorDash everyone of them don’t wear gloves and they be rubbing on their face or body and then drop food in deep fryer!!! And they are never ready!!! I really thought fast food is supposed to be wearing gloves!!! Just nasty
