Great coffee, great tea, great music. If you're a student, that's great - you get sales tax knocked off. If you're an adult, that's fine - low prices means top quality without losing your arm in the process.
The coffee here is great! I had an iced cinnamon roll coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee ice cubes! My drink never tasted watered down which is almost always an issue with iced coffees. The inside is pretty small, so sitting in might not be an option if they are busy. They were also slightly confusing to find since we drove there and on one side the shop is labeled as “The Duke” and not “River City Coffee.”

Best neighborhood coffee shop in Little Rock! Excellent, friendly and attentive staff. A wide range of coffee options and a very engaging and welcoming vibe start to finish. Stop by and enjoy.
River City is the actual best coffee place in the entire tri-city area and I'm not one to say that lightly. Not only is the coffee and tea always amazing and delicious, there's a ton of options, and the staff are so kind in a way you don't often see often these days.For example, my car broke down in front just today and not only did they go out of their way to try and find me someone to help me jumpstart it, they even helped me find a charger for my phone and hung out with me until I was able to get outside assistance.They're always so kind and genuine and host the best poetry meeting days in town. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, like hanging out at one of your favorite friend's house, with an eclectic style and a ton of records to choose from and play, as well as board games and a variety of comfy, fun seating on various couches and chairs to nestle up with something warm and delicious to drink. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone.
